I made an appointment with Mr. Chad Molock, Service Manager at Rockwall Honda, for my 20,000 mile routine maintenance. It was my daughter's car, but she was busy, so I went in for her, and she told me to make an appointment with Chad. He did a great job with the things that need to be checked and taken care of at 20,000 miles (i.e. oil change, wheel alignment, brake fluid change, etc.). Even though it took more time than expected (almost 2.5 hours) , I had the added pleasure of taking care of my daughter's car. I appreciated Mr. Chad updating me on the progress of the repairs halfway through, and the car is driving very well after the maintenance.

I was nervous about using this service but the technician was punctual, respectful, patient as he explained and demonstrated the issues and offered a realistic and pragmatic diagnosis and service plan. The experience changed my outlook and this will be my new way of servicing my car. The convenience of staying at home is a valuable bonus!

I fully understand how difficult it is to find the parts to replace an recalled high pressure fuel pump and the entire fuel system. Your ability to network with RAM care and expedite the shipment of parts assisted in getting my truck back on the road 6 weeks prior to the projected estimated repair date is phenomenal I know I can be extremely persistent and truly appreciate your patience in dealing with me as a customer.
