I have been visiting Texas for the past 3 years. Three years ago, I needed to keep my Outback smiling. So, I did an internet search and decided to give Norm Reeves Subaru of Rockwall a visit. I saw they offered a Subaru Express Service. I could get an oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection with no appointment required. With a little more searching I found they even offered some coupons with discounts. Now I was really interested and headed towards Rockwall. They are conveniently located and easy to find. Wow I pulled up to the Subaru Express Service door just at the right time and I was 3rd in line. I met some really nice folks almost immediately. The whole process amazed me. In no time my Outback was up on the rack and already starting to smile. I watched 3 techs working quickly and efficiently. One doing the oil change, one taking tires off, and a 3rd doing a thorough inspection all over. I was impressed. Earlier I met a Service Adviser Chris Pinedo. Once again I was impressed, I made sure I got and kept his card. Recently I made my third visit (three years in a row) to the Norm Reeves Subaru Express Service. I had some concerns, so I spoke to Chris Pinedo. Well folks, I personally have been in customer service for nearly 50 years, some would say I know a thing or two about good customer service. I want to let you know Norm Reeves Subaru is a well oil machine. The folks are just nice folks, the whole place is clean, and all the goodies are available while you wait. It’s what I just call “a comfortable place”. Now here’s the kicker….this Chris Pinedo (now the Service Director) is the real McCoy. Chris is professional, knowledgeable, and has the ability to listen to your concerns as well as help you to understand what I call “mechanic speak”. To top it off you can tell he is sincere, that he really cares about you and one of your largest investments … your Subaru. I got no ax to grind, I just know good service when I find it. If I was you, I’d gas up and head towards Rockwall, passing up every dealership you see until you get to Norm Reeves Subaru. When you get there ask for Chris Pinedo and learn for yourself what I and others already know. If you’re like me you’ll be back and your Subaru will be smiling.

The work that was done by service personnel to repair my car was outstanding; it looks as good as new, just like it did before a deer ran into it. Progressive made me take my car here because of an accident when I got my car back the first time there was still damage to my door and then there was a chemical inside my vehicle and some kind of over spray on the windshield this over spray I tried to clean myself and it wouldn’t come off I had to deal with Patrick so I could bring my car back get the door completely fixed and my windshield issue taken care of . So I get my car back again and the over spray is still there now I’m dealing with Corey who called me and is now trying to say they have to figure out where it came from. I’ve brought up this issue as soon as I got my car back the first time. There playing games with me and giving me the run around about getting my windshield fixed. I paid my deductible and I expected good quality work when instead it’s poor work and really bad customer service I was told by two of their employees it something they used now I’m have to fight to get this fixed when it should have the first time or even the second time I was told the issue was going to be takes care ok now Corey wants to see the over spray why all their other employees seen it I was told by Patrick and my insurance agent this will be fixed. I will never trust these people my car is only 4 months old and now I have to deal with spots all over my windshield because of their incompetence and they maybe will do something about this. Don’t go here of your insurance company try’s to refer you here say no I’m also now looking for a different insurance company besides progressive .

Mr Shoftner has repaired my Ford pickup, which has over 300,000 miles, several times, and my experience every time has been outstanding. The one thing that I really appreciated the most was his honesty when assessing the problems with my truck. He did not try and charge me for unneeded repairs, and allways suggested only the repair required to correct the problem. I definitely appreciate him helping me keep my truck on the road with his affordable prices. It is hard to trust people in the car repair business, because I have been burned before by other supposed professionals. I do trust Mr Shoftner though, and he has yet to let me down. I would recommend him to anyone
