Long story short : bought my dream car WRX 2019 with only 9 k miles in another dealer (autonation) I don’t say never never but…don’t think buy any other car in any autonation any more. Engine broke after 2 k miles and guarantee covered. Unsatisfied dealing with the dealership and wait 3 months to have my car back… When I picked up my car was very dirty and many other things and details that makes us not satisfied. I decided to visit Hicks Family Subaru cause I need to check after the engine was installed and other small thing like do the alignment. I felt in the correct place from the first second and I really wanna say thanks thanks thanks to all the service team in special to Clint Gonzales who was very patience and supporting all my doubts with care and time enough. This is the different between a good service and catch a loyal customer than other dealership or brands don’t take care… The tech who did the alignment was excellent and did a really good job repeating 3 times all the adjustments. Means confidance and means being in good hands Thanks for all the care and love with my car and us. I really appreciate and probably we will trade or buy our other car to have 2 subbies in the future Thanks Clint, Joseph and all the team. Were completely satisfied and we will totally recommen you.

Brought my Subaru here for an EVAP issue. They replaced TWO AIR valves. The vehicle showed NO SIGNS of the air intake system needing repair and the engine code even said EVAP. $2100 and multiple lies from Emmanuel the service adviser, Dave the service manager, and Bart the GM and we are told $700 more to fix the initial problem because they deceived us. We will be looking into a lawyer. Do yourself a favor and go else where. They are scam artists and liars!

I don't do these kind of reviews, but this was such a horrendous experience, I had to find a way to let others know. At first I thought the statement of work with it's 18 days to get such little work done, was insanely long. Boy was I in for a ride! Seven weeks later, I had enough and told them to have my truck out for me to pick up, whether repairs were done or not. With my drive home and getting home I found visibly 12 things that was not fixed - from small things like areas that was not painted to my bed not being mounted properly and somehow I now have one head lamp with a chrome bezel and one with a black bezel! I will not get into the detail of my experience, but I would like everyone to know about this place. Management is clearly of the 'good ol boys' club and got to where they are by riding the coat tails of others. Stay away from this place. I've had experienced this dealer, both in buying services and service department. Parkway Chevrolet is a FAR better option. The folks are actually sincere and human and want to work for you, instead of making money as the first priority.

I appreciate Tanner for being very courteous,polite,and very fast!!! I took my '92 Mazda truck to him this morning because when I made sharp turns, the steering wheel squealed loudly. He told me to start it and turn the wheel all the way to either side., It did the squeal and he said immediately "I'll be right back with my wrench". He got his wrench and within 5 seconds he had my steering belt tightened. All for FREE!!!!! Thank you for your services Tanner!!!

Worst customer service - golucki

Avoid Momentum Collision Center. They were supposed to deliver my car on Nov 23rd, then they moved the dates to 26th, then to Dec 6th and Kept moving the dates. They kept going back to Insurance for more money. Worse customer service from Joe Sonnier. Very rude. you will not get any updates. When we called to check the status, we got the answer as 'We will call you when the car is ready'. Look at their reviews at Yelp. I wished i had read them earlier. I had trusted Audi dealership but its the worst experience. Take the car somewhere else. They take months instead of weeks. Ours was not that much of a damage to take that long.
