Thank you for fixing my transmission! Henry was meticulous and took extra time to ensure he got everything right! Braden has a feel for the way a car should work and was able to easily verify the issue and convey the problem accurately to the team. He was able to find the problem in only a few test drives. Devin Allen always makes sure I get a loaner car whenever the shop needs to keep my car overnight and the loaners are always clean and ready to go. Kristian the shop foreman is friendly and knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to help. When my radio was giving me a hard time connecting to my phone, Jacob knew it would be extra helpful to have a USB3 cable and even offered me his. Trae is always helpful and friendly- his crew always seem comfortable going to him with updates, or even with problems. If this crew could service any of my other 3 vehicles, they would be my go to team.

From start to finish my experience with AutoNation Collision Center in Spring deserves 5 stars. The communication was great. The date promised was as promised, and the amount quoted was on target. My car was repaired and in excellent condition when returned to me and I could not have asked for a better job. Even my brother who worked for a Mercedes dealership for many years commented on the great paint job that was done. If you are looking for a professional and top notch collision center I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here. In addition, I also highly recommend working with Tom Pham and Kathy Barton, if you have the opportunity. They were both great at keeping me informed and updated on the progress of the repair.
