I took my Jeep in for death wobble, and to see if my warranty would cover it. Cody took it and got everything submitted and got it fixed for me. I lIve a pretty good clip away and they got me an Uber to take me home when I needed to leave it there. I was given options for new tires, which I really needed that were what I was looking for and not an upsell. I got my car back and it was clean and just like I handed it to them because they promised me they would keep it inside at night and they did. Overall great visit i’m very happy with the repair and service.

The people who work at Shottenkirk are customer satisfaction specialists. Oil change and tire rotation for my Jeep Wrangler were completed in the most timely fashion. I was offered water and coffee, while in the spacious and comfortable waiting room. There is also a nice seating area outside for those who need to stretch their legs and breathe fresh air. I will be returning to them for all oil changes in the future.

Jonathan and Dominique went above and beyond for me. Jonathan listened to my concerns and was able to find out that I needed a new engine and that the one I had was still under warranty. Dominique monitored the oil usage over the next several weeks and communicated with the warranty department as well as keeping me informed of the progress that was being made toward getting the new engine. He kept me in the loop and helped me with any questions I had. Jonathan and Dominique were both very kind and patient with me. And now , I have my new engine!
