I have been with you guys for at least 5 - 7 years however it seems like forever Jonathan was my first service advisor (however he got promoted and now he’s all over the place with that same helpful attitude still never to busy to fill in “amazing “)which set the bar however no one is greater than the team because in my opinion team work truly makes the dream work and with that being said you have an all star lineup such as Anthony Dominique, Isaac, Matthew...just to name a few and then there’s the service guys( not forgetting the ones that we lost during and after the pandemic.) Then there's Kevin David John George (Wow) and the list continues to grow and this of course is a reflection of management I can't name everyone however I have watched and observed and these guys are ever so professional yet they always give you that sense of homeliness not to exclude that feeling of family and the service that they render/deliver is A+ quality fast and always courteous I can't say enough about what they do there but I can say try them for yourself and experience the true AutoNation difference...!!!!

David very Professional at his job , absolutely tried his best & jump through hoops to accommodate my issues, The mechanics and manager no I was given the runaround of why my radiator was replaced in August. It is still rusty water, and smells , For the amount of money that I have spent to have the radiator fixed for it to not have been properly flushed and only offered a $90 discount and then still left to pay $200 fee I declined, I have brought my truck in for so much work completely dissatisfied with the mechanics department and the management definitely not David’s part he tried his ,, Best , I will be definitely thinking about using somebody else other than the mechanics there, all the people in the service department are absolutely priceless. They need raises for sure each and every one of them are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.,

They did a good job for me. I called to make an appt and was able to take my vehicle in after calling to see if I could get a software update. When I arrive at dealership, they got it in and out in about 30 mins. Very happy.

This dealer is great. I wrote a review by mistake about a free oil change offered. Mac Haik honored that offer. I forgot that I did my first Mopar oil change at another dealership. Mac Haik was a pleasure to work with when buying my Jeep Gladiator. Their service department was great also. Again, my mistake and please accept my apologies.

I was nervous about using this service but the technician was punctual, respectful, patient as he explained and demonstrated the issues and offered a realistic and pragmatic diagnosis and service plan. The experience changed my outlook and this will be my new way of servicing my car. The convenience of staying at home is a valuable bonus!

They would have gotten 5 stars if not for the facilities. The people are the ones who deserve 5 stars. 2015 was my 4th new vehicle purchase. I haven't dealt with the sales staff lately, but it's been my experience that they're knowledgeable, and they LISTEN to your needs. As for the service department, I couldn't ask for a better service writer than Colby Moore. He can tell you what's critical, what's needed in the near future and what can wait until the funds become available. Their have been some mishaps but they always make it right. All 4 of my purchases have been serviced there, dating back to 2007. I have no complaints.

I had my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 in for some warranty work. These guy’s especially Micah was top notch. They kept me informed of the progress on my truck. Had to wait a little longer than I wanted to but no fault of the dealership. I got my truck back and after a day or two I realized that a couple of things were missing. I called and there was no questions and the two parts that were missing were ordered. Haven’t got them yet but it was a no hassle, no questions ask encounter. I will definitely be using them again when needed and would recommend these guys for any and all your service needs.
