Absolutely amazing customer service! I brought my 992 Turbo S here for a broken driver's side window glass. Adam Elwood was my service writer and he was above and beyond helpful. Where Porsche of San Antonio couldn't help me till 4 months from now, he understood and worked me in immediately. James Purpura the Service Manager was equally outstanding in helping me on this warranty claim. Top notch people! I live in New Braunfels, 80 miles from this dealership, but they are now my go-to dealer. It's people like Adam and James that make this a fantastic dealership, and I will be back for service, and when the time comes, for another Porsche. Thank You so very much! Jess Johnson

They definitely seem to prefer white clients over anyone else. There were 4-5 people who saw me walk in for my service appointment but didn’t even acknowledge my presence. The receptionist was impolite & looked annoyed that I was speaking to her, while another employee was down right condescending. Thankfully the service rep was decent and got me taken care of. I am looking to trade-in for a newer model but I refuse to be treated like a second class citizen. So if you’re white, you’ll likely be fine. Though you probably ought to read all the other reviews on this place. If you are among the nearly 75% of the people of color who reside in San Antonio, be prepared for racism & poor treatment.

If you're in the market for a luxury vehicle, take your business elsewhere. The manager, Trey, is as untrustworthy as they come. Very shady practices and not at all a way to run a business. I was in agreement to purchase a car later that day. My sales contact said "Great, I'll have the car detailed, cleaned and gassed up for when you return". Then 1 hour after I left, I got a test that the car was sold. Not sure how that happened because the car was going to be pulled into the shop to be detailed per my sales contact. The manager, Trey, sold it behind my back without even giving me the decency of a call. There are plenty of dealerships in the Austin area, save yourself frustration and take your business elsewhere. They need to learn how to run a business and be honest with their customers.
