**BEST IN CLASS SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE AT HONDA OF WEATHERFORD**
If you're looking for the best Honda dealer in the DFW metroplex, look no further than Honda of Weatherford. Upon my initial contact with this dealership, I researched who was the best in sales at this location. As we know, everyone hates buying cars, so as a wise consumer, one should research who is the best and easiest to work with. My research didn’t take long, and I quickly discovered that Mr. Charlie Conn was a standout at this dealership, with many reviews boasting of his “professionalism,” “customer service,” and his “ease” to work with.
Shopping with Charlie was amazing. He truly put on a master class of customer service, patience, and attentiveness to the things my wife and I wanted in our vehicle. His proactive communication throughout the process meant I never had to wait around and wonder what was going on. Most of all, he was not pushy at all! Charlie made it evident that his end goal was not just “making the sale” but rather “making the customer happy” and getting us what we wanted in the end. Charlie is the rare salesman who understands that Hondas sell themselves. Instead, he is ultimately trying to sell you an experience and a relationship, which is the most important thing in a car sale because those last longer than any car. If you plan to own more cars in the future, this relationship is actually worth more in my opinion.
Fast forward to Gary Burdick, the Finance Director. I feel like everyone usually dreads this stage of the sale, the inevitable phase of meeting with the “Finance Guy.” I have met a couple of Honda finance guys in the past, being a longtime Honda owner, but Gary Burdick was a completely different story. He has literally been the best finance guy we have ever worked with, and it’s not even close. Gary was so gracious and kind to us when discussing the various options of the Honda Care program and finance options. He explained every detail around the warranties and finance options available to us, and the value and peace of mind they bring. There was not one question that Gary couldn’t answer about the products and warranties for Honda. He wasn’t just reading from a paper; this guy knows his stuff and puts your best interest as a consumer at the forefront of everything. This is rare and appreciated.
I have been a Dallas John Eagle Honda customer for three cars in the last seven years. Why the change? Well, I never had a solid relationship with any of the salesmen there, and I had a different one for each car purchase. If you want to feel like a regular client, John Eagle isn’t a bad choice. But if you want to be treated like family, I wouldn’t look any further than Honda of Weatherford. And I say that being about an hour away from Weatherford myself. I’m looking forward to my long-term relationship with Honda of Weatherford. Thanks, Gary Burdick, and thanks, Charlie Conn, for making this car-buying experience easy, quick, and dare I say, enjoyable!
I have no doubt that Honda of Weatherford, while being a relatively new Honda dealer in the DFW metroplex, will rise to the top in an incredibly short amount of time.
