Visited Genesis of Austin twice and both times I was treated well and given great information. Art was the sales rep in Pre-owned that I spoke with on my second visit. I went online to search for a specific G70 model and found one back at the dealership in Austin. I saw Art again and he was very knowledgeable. I purchased at G70 3.3T for my Fiancé' as her Christmas gift! I wanted to surprise her and Art was very accommodating with getting the car ready for her with a big Red Bow!! Thanks Art!! Great experience.

We thought owning a Genesis would be a luxury car experience. Not so when you deal with Irving Genesis service department. Had an appointment for 3 months, car was there for 2 weeks with no follow-up from anyone and repairs were not made. We never got a call back from Ken Srv. Manager, David Pearson Srv. Director nor the GM. Finally just went and collected our car. We will contact Genesis Corp to advise we will never buy another Genesis nor another Hyundai - bought one for our daughter for graduation. There's no reason for the poor service, lack of communication and disregard of common courtesy.

Best car buying experience I've ever had from initial contact, to the receptionist and finally finance. Andy So was my sales rep and he was fantastic. I needed a car now that my 16 year old is driving. I had been looking at the Genesis GV70 on the Plano website for weeks. I reluctantly entered my name and contact information to get more information and was pleasantly surprised at the response from Jessica. She only texted me once to gage my interest and ask when I might come in. When we arrived Andy So was available for us. He was extremely patient as I test drove several cars deciding on the first car. The negotiations were easy, no hard selling or adding ridiculous charges that aren't necessary. Finance manager Kristy was exceptional, again no hard upselling and very professional. While we waited for finance Andy did a thorough tutorial of the car and the app. I've never had a sales person know thier product as well as Andy. He has been available for any questions and his follow-up. I highly recommend Genesis of Plano for your purchase specifically, Andy So. In addition to the fantastic car buying experience, the GV70 is incredible, from the gorgeous interior, smooth ride with several drive modes including snow, to the 4 cylinder twin turbo engine with 300hp and 311 lbs of torque and no turbo lag all making driving so fun.I also haven't seen a better warranty with any other car, including the 3 year/36K miles of service included and customer service which are second to none. Cars that are double the price and expensive to maintain can't compare. I highly recommend a Genesis as your next car and be sure to ask for Andy So at Genesis of Plano.

Shopping by phone for a GV70, 3.5T AWD Prestige. Cash customer. Dealership informed me they will add $3,000 to MSRP because of "demand". This is unethical. Genesis will never succeed by taking advantage of customers - have never experienced this in over 30 years of purchases of Lexus, Lincoln, Cadillac, Mercedes, to mention some of the autos we have owned through new car purchases. Some people have principles. Never trust a car dealer that soaks its customers just because it can.
