We came in for a test drive with no plans to make a purchase, but Chris Shields offered us such an incredible deal that we couldn’t say no. Furthermore, dealing with Chris was different. Even when he continued to sweeten the deal until it was way too good to turn down, not for one minute did he seem like a car salesman. He was a regular guy - friendly, relaxed, funny, transparent, and honest, even to the point of initially admitting he might not be able to meet all our requirements. But he was tenacious and creative, and kept working the numbers until he far surpassed what we thought was possible. Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend AutoNation Ford in Fort Worth and I’d doubly recommend asking for Chris.
