My salesman was Randy Abney. We had talked on the phone and made an appointment for Friday. When I arrived on Friday, I met Randy and we went over the deal and I was taken to the car. I checked out the car and test drove it. The car was in very good condition and I was most pleased. I then went through the paperwork and paid for the car. All in all, this was the best experience I have ever had.

Had a strange noise coming out of the front of our suburban. Called Tim Surles with the service department and ask him what he thought, he told me it could be several things and to bring it by and they would take a look at it. My wife brought it in, Tim took a look at it and said if she could leave it there they would try to get it in that day. Tim provided my wife with a loaner, it ended up being an easy fix and they were able to get it fixed the same day and 3 hours later my wife was back in her suburban and problem solved. We really appreciated Tim taking such great care of us as we were going out of town in a few days and planned to take that vehicle. He really did a great job, treated us like a valued customer, and even ran the suburban through the car wash as an added bonus and another example of his excellent customer service. Thank you very much Tim, we really appreciate you sir!

To begin with the car had to be towed to the Dealership a - mccraryr

To begin with the car had to be towed to the Dealership a 2nd. time. 8 days to repair my car & they don't offer loaners, nor did they tell me that I could get a rental & be reimbursed for it. This car is still under warranty, so far it has had 2 batteries replaced, 2 Fuel pumps replaced, multiple trips to get the rear camera repaired. Plus I paid to have the original tires replaced which were defective. I called GM to complain & see if they could help. The answer was they would get back to me in 3 days. The GM rep. that called me back mentioned that the Service Manager said that they had trouble contacting me to let me know the car was ready. I offered to show her the phone call log on my phone so that she could see that that was just not right. Buying the car was a pleasurable experience. My dealings with service have been just the opposite. I will say that Nick tried his best and was easy to deal with.
