In stark contrast to Mr. McDonlad's "colleagues," his professionalism rises above and beyond the "norm." JB immediately called roadside service and scheduled them to pick up my car. He text the next day to follow up to see the car had been picked up, which it hadn’t been done. JB sent another request out to roadside service and my was picked up that night. He notified me that he had the car and when it was completed. I appreciate JB for always making my experience positive at BMW.
