Have a 2011 mustang still under warranty. Joe Mahan Ford in Paris,TN has done multiple repairs on auto tramsmission with no success & many other repairs that just add to the long list of troubles. The car is dangerous to drive..trying to stall on takeoff, jerking 1st & 2nd gears. Danny Dawson (service manager) has been blaming tranny problems on wife's driving habits. He was rude, blaming and told us to just drive the car on highway and try to avoid stop & go traffic in a 3 year old car! This is a learning transmission and has severe flaws which ford will not take responsibility for & fix.Joe Mahan is no help with trying to solve this problem! Having to file Lemon Law to try to get this resolved. I would not do business with Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN. Even the manager ..Jeff Mahan...was no help to us...just tried to shake us off to get rid of us. STAY AWAY FROM JOE MAHAN FORD IN PARIS,TN!

Took vehicle for warranty work. The service guy asked if I bought the chicle from them. I did not. He called the next day and told me that I would have to take it to another dealer because he was afraid dodge would make him eat the labor since I didn't by it from there and supposedly it had been worked on that same part from the other dealer I bought it from. Now I have to waste another day since they wouldn't fix it and take it out of state. I will never recommend them nor will I ever by from them. I am 31 and average buying a vehicle every 3 years and It will never be a vehicle from them. Hope that labor you was afraid to eat was worth it . it cost you my business,my families business and anyone else this message reaches hopefully

I visited Pro Auto to get my car detailed. The owner Kirk greeted me and was very professional and knowledgable of the questions and concerns i had about my car. I was sold in seconds on the service. They got me in and did a wonderful job. The employees had a high skill level and completed my car to exceed my expectaions. I know they do alot of business, but i felt like i was a top customer. They also started a car sales lot. Looks like these guys are growing and doing well. No wonder. Great experience. You're service department is awful. What is the point of taking online appointments if when the customer shows up you just tell them that if they drop their car you will look at it in a week or so? I made appointment last week to have my car looked at. I have a transmission code popping up. You're service page asks for all details pertaining to why you are bringing car in. So why would nobody call me to let me know that you wouldn't be able to honor the appointment and would need to keep my car for a week or longer?? When I asked service writer why they took appointment and didn't call she said she just looks at appointment not the reason. She was rude and I didn't appreciate it. Ive been trying not to drive car much in case it's a big issue. I drive it all the way from my house to dealership for appointment I made last week and I get told you can't look at it for over a week? If it was going to be big repair I was considering buying a car from Barnett. I will be sure to let everyone I Know not to bring their car to Russell Barnett or to buy a car.
