Sales person Jon Becker was honest, not pushy, put me at ease, knew the product, fun to deal with and was very helpful at helping me sort through options on the van. My husband and I were driving home to Texas after a visit to PA. We stopped in Memphis for the night and the next morning, ready to get on the road, we discovered we had a flat tire. We purchased the total tire/wheel warranty through Mercedes Benz so we decided to reach out to the local Memphis MB dealership to see if they could help us. Jeff, in service, said to bring the car in. They had the same tire and would be able to squeeze us in between their appointments. When we arrived, we were helped right away. The replacement of the tire took about an hour, which was great since we wanted to get on the road quickly and came in without an appointment. Jeff and the entire service team took very good care of us and we really appreciate their help! We were very lucky to find Jeff and THANK YOU Mercedes of Memphis!!
