Ideal purchase experience! We were looking for a Jeep that had the cool factor (we have a home near the beach) and also had great gas mileage. The dealership guided us through options, but the BEST part, is that they called us when incentives were all aligned. Result, we were able to purchase a Wrangler 4xe with a nicer trim option (Unlimited) than we had expected. The trade-in process was very simple and we got $1,500 more for our sedan than we had expected. We opted for home delivery and the dealership also arranged pickup of our trade. This was a pretty simple process and communication was great. A few days after receiving the vehicle, and then a month later, we received a follow up call asking if we had any concerns or needed help learning how to take the detachable roof off. Yes, I plan to purchase my other Jeep Grand Cherokee at this store as well in the near future.

One of the best dealership experiences ever! Down to earth , honest folks. Well worth the 3 hour drive. Scott Jackson worked up the deal before making the drive out and Joshua Young was the salesperson I dealt with at the dealership. Both were top notch. Never pushy. The entire transaction was seamless all the way through financing. And even with the shortage they had an awesome selection. Absolutely one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases ever. There was a slight overcalculation in the county tax probably since I was from out of state , and they mailed me an overage check within 2 weeks without me even inquiring . Talk about fair and honest! The dealership interior is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. I have been to some super fancy big city dealerships that look like you're walking in the Taj Mahal. But you have to sit and ask yourself who is paying for that beautiful environment. Yes, that's right you the customer. I would much rather take a HomeTown dealership with honest fair pricing / pushy big city dealerships any day. I highly recommend Stinnett Automotive and will definitely do business with them again in the future .

Hannah always communicates and lets me know what's going on and keep me updated daily when my jeep is in the shop. Probably would have sold my jeep a long time ago if it wasn't for the wonderful experience I have working with her! Best service advisor ever. We went in to the dealer to look at a truck that I seen online. Salesman was good but then we went to get financed and the problems started. The salesman was told to only pull and send credit to 2 different banks. I was told that was not a problem. Then as me and my wife sat there we noticed do to credit monitoring that our credit in shear minutes had been sent and pulled over 6 times. I approached the finance desk and told them to stop. We expressed our concerns with the finance guy Jeff and the salesman and told them to stop we were done and not going to proceed with purchase and we left. The next morning we were contacted by the salesman that stated that he spoke with finance manager and he asked "give us another chance the the finance guy Jeff submitted it wrong." He should not be working if he don't know how to submit properly. They told me again they could get the terms that I needed. I told them no. I then started to get credit monitoring notification that beaman was checking credit again even after they were told to stop. Not a good practice! Don't use beaman if you care about credit. Very displeased

Had an appt for Wednesday. They took 7 days to diagnose it. Got a call saying warranty won’t cover repair, wanted to charge me 2400+ tax to repair. Contacted local repair guy 400$. They don’t communicate well. They are way over priced. Called multiple times and left msg for a call back never got call back. Won’t go here again
