During my most recent service appointment, I had a fantastic experience at Hendrick Volvo Of Charleston! The entire process was easy and stress-free because of the staff's professionalism and friendliness. Paige, my service technician, deserves special recognition for going above and beyond to keep my car in excellent condition. She was extremely knowledgeable, and she patiently and expertly answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the work being done. She obviously takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients. No better dealership or service representative!

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our new Volvo XC60 from Jon Ritch at Dick Dyer Volvo Cars. Jon answered our questions thoroughly and made sure we were happy and satisfied with our decision to buy this car. Jon is a wonderful salesperson who is very knowledgeable about the product he sells. He definitely helped us in many ways with our decision as we hadn't purchased a new car in 13 years. So many things have changed in new cars, it is truly a different universe! lol. We feel Jon helped us make a great choice....highly recommend!

My car was damaged while in for service and they will not except responsibility I would recommend that you find an import auto shop to have work done. these are some bad people
