My 2022 Volvo S90 has been in the shop more than it has been in my possession for the past 14 months. They’ve been unwilling or unable to resolve my problems during this time. Today I had an appointment to been in my possession for the past 14 months. They’ve been unwilling or unable to resolve my problems during this time. Today I had an appointment to correct another urgent service problem. My appointment was for 1 pm and included a loaner. I arrived on time. My loaner was not ready until until 1:50. The lack of customer service is unacceptable to me. I really want to get out of this lemon of a car and wish I was financially able to get rid of it. I bought this “safe””reliable” car hoping I’d drive it for 10 years. More

Bryce at Hendricks Volvo service did a fantastic job! ! I had the 10 K service done on my new XC 40 Volvo and Bryce kept me informed of the progress on the service . I really appreciated being given a loaner car when the issue wasn’t resolved after a number of hours. Everyone at Volvo was very kind and professional in the waiting area was beautiful and I appreciated the snacks and drinks!
