Salesman: Mr G. I could not say enough great about him. I bought a 2024 exactly like my 2020. I wanted the exact car I had but automatic, Mazda Miata Grand Touring RF Soul Red Crystal. Dealership didn’t have it. He checked other dealers to accommodate me. I have bought many new cars over the past 50 years. Never have I been treated like I was the only customer. Mr G was so attentive. Negotiating was non confrontational. When I picked up the car Mr G went over everything very thoroughly about the changes from 2020 to 2024. He said to call him with any questions, which I did. Always had time for me. He checks on me periodically to make sure I am happy. Hopefully he will still be working when it comes time for another new car. If I know anyone buying a new or used car I would highly recommend Mr G. He is the greatest. I have horror stories from past experiences.

We live near Asheville and reached out about leasing a vehicle. This is our first time doing a lease. These folks are ON IT!! They helped us... and it wasn't just one person. It was a group effort. They kept us up to date every step of the way. We were able to do paperwork ahead of time to save time at the dealership. Haley was our first point of contact, with Internet Sales. Then we met DJ, our sales person... Who is an AWESOME, friendly, down to earth guy... then on to Thomas in finance. THIS TEAM KILLED IT and we appreciate it!

Words are hard to find to describe the incompetence I encountered after I had purchased my 2023 Hyundai Tuscon. You would think, when handed a cashiers check which amounted to more than 10000 dollars that they would handle it with care and not the cavalierness one might have for a piece of junk mail. One would expect that. Yet, somehow these fools managed to misplace the check. You have read correct. These idiots LOST a 12000 cashiers check for the down payment of my vehicle. When I was contacted about THEIR mistake, I went through all the proper channels with my bank to get another cashiers check reissued at the behest of Matt Tucker in finance, whom I can only assume is the one responsible for misplacing my check. After 90 days, I drove back out there and delivered the check, and all I asked was that they rotate my tires and change my oil. A very simple thing to ask for, one might hope. EXCEPT THEY SOMEHOW EITHER MESSED IT UP DUE TO INCOMPETENCE OR THEY DELIBERATELY DIDNT CHANGE MY OIL AND JUST REPLACED THE STICKER TO DECEIVE ME INTO THINKING THEY DID! My cars oil in its current state does not reflect what it should after an oil change less than 3k miles ago. This dealership is possibly the worst, most recklessly incompetent idiots I I couldve ever had the displeasure of buying my car from. I was under no obligation to get that check reissued, I did it out of the goodness of my heart. Boy was that a mistake. I also somehow forgot to mention that TOM GREENE in sales and MATT TUCKER messed up my initial documentation by miswriting the finance company on the paperwork I signed, so I had to drive out there a week after getting my car to resign the proper paperwork, because, again, TOM and MATT are idiots. They mustve been very slippery babies. This was my first time purchasing a car, and from what Ive been told and seen from other people, my experience was uniquely plagued by incompetence from both sales, finance, and service. Truly a remarkably terrible dealership.

Everyone in the dealership was kind and courteous. Reuben had the car cleaned before we arrived so we could see the cars full potential as an older model. I called the 11 dealers across the country with my OutTheDoor $offer and then 12 others that had my Sensory that could be accessorized full tilt. Brandy/Roger at Greenville Infiniti, South Carolina was THE ONLY dealer that matched me, Huzzah! Brandy listened to my wants and needs. Roger somehow made it happen🤩Brandy was honest and straight forward in every phone call and text. Now we're stillwithout a title and it's been since November 18th 2022. Seems fishey to me. Nothing but the run around and on hold wasting my time. SO IT IS TIME TO GET THE COURTS INVOLVED MORE MONEY TO FILE IN MAGISTRATE COURT. PLEASE DONT BUY YOUR CAR HERE THEY ARE MISERABLE PEOPLES TO DEAL WITH . I REGRET GOING TO THEM.
