Words are hard to find to describe the incompetence I encountered after I had purchased my 2023 Hyundai Tuscon. You would think, when handed a cashiers check which amounted to more than 10000 dollars that they would handle it with care and not the cavalierness one might have for a piece of junk mail. One would expect that. Yet, somehow these fools managed to misplace the check. You have read correct. These idiots LOST a 12000 cashiers check for the down payment of my vehicle. When I was contacted about THEIR mistake, I went through all the proper channels with my bank to get another cashiers check reissued at the behest of Matt Tucker in finance, whom I can only assume is the one responsible for misplacing my check. After 90 days, I drove back out there and delivered the check, and all I asked was that they rotate my tires and change my oil. A very simple thing to ask for, one might hope. EXCEPT THEY SOMEHOW EITHER MESSED IT UP DUE TO INCOMPETENCE OR THEY DELIBERATELY DIDNT CHANGE MY OIL AND JUST REPLACED THE STICKER TO DECEIVE ME INTO THINKING THEY DID! My cars oil in its current state does not reflect what it should after an oil change less than 3k miles ago. This dealership is possibly the worst, most recklessly incompetent idiots I I couldve ever had the displeasure of buying my car from. I was under no obligation to get that check reissued, I did it out of the goodness of my heart. Boy was that a mistake. I also somehow forgot to mention that TOM GREENE in sales and MATT TUCKER messed up my initial documentation by miswriting the finance company on the paperwork I signed, so I had to drive out there a week after getting my car to resign the proper paperwork, because, again, TOM and MATT are idiots. They mustve been very slippery babies. This was my first time purchasing a car, and from what Ive been told and seen from other people, my experience was uniquely plagued by incompetence from both sales, finance, and service. Truly a remarkably terrible dealership.

I have been to many, many dealerships in my lifetime, but my overall experience with this Service Department has been the most negative ever. Everytime I pulled into the service bay, I had to get out of the car and go inside to receive service. Instructions and expectations pertaining to the drop-off for warranty work was not adequately articulated. Thus I ended up leaving the car unexpectedly for several days. No courtesy vehicle service was available. I was told that Kia does not offer such a service. Overall communication with alleged service department professionals was a big bust!! 😔

I emailed requesting information about the availability. A representative responded first thing the next morning. We scheduled an appointment and we were greeted by Reuben. Everyone in the dealership was kind and courteous. Reuben had the car cleaned before we arrived so we could see the cars full potential as an older model. There was no hassle going back and forth about price. We worked together and found a price point that we could both benefit from. We would definitely buy from this dealership again in the future.

Terrible experience with these people. Greasy unprofessional sales personnel convinced us not to transfer our tag over to our purchase car we got from them. Now we're stillwithout a title and it's been since November 18th 2022. Seems fishey to me. Nothing but the run around and on hold wasting my time. SO IT IS TIME TO GET THE COURTS INVOLVED MORE MONEY TO FILE IN MAGISTRATE COURT. PLEASE DONT BUY YOUR CAR HERE THEY ARE MISERABLE PEOPLES TO DEAL WITH . I REGRET GOING TO THEM. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Horrible. And the worst part is, I actually went there on purpose when I needed to buy my teenage daughter a car. I did this because I remembered Chris Polson as a customer from years ago when I worked for a bank and was very scared of used car dealers but remembered him to be very honest and trustworthy. We purchased a 2008 Jeep Patriot from his dealership. Less than 24 hours after bringing it home, it rained. Water came pouring out of the dome light/sunroof into the car. Mostly right on to the radio, which is electrical and that worried me greatly with my 17 year old daughter driving it. I took it back immediately. They were very nice about it at first and agreed to fix it. Well, an entire year later, 5 different attempts to send it out to "sunroof specialists" and other people claiming to fix the problem in many different ways, having to have the car towed to them because it would not start because the water constantly pouring on to the dash was causing electrical problems, and MANY MANY MANY unanswered phone calls, we finally just gave up. Like I said, they did make attempts to fix this. I am not going to deny that. My problem is with their integrity. I asked them numerous times after about 3 attempts to fix this, at what point do we discuss getting refunded for this car? I kept getting told, we will discuss that when we get to that point. We are promising to fix this. Well, it never got fixed. We purchased this car in December of 2019 and my daughter just got in it this morning and it poured water out of the dome light. We have to TRY to plan ahead and make sure she always puts it in the garage when we know it is going to rain. The radio stopped working a long time ago. And it has caused so many electrical problems that the car has literally just started running all by itself out of the blue sitting in my driveway, or the radio has randomly turned on while no one is in it in the middle of the night. Bottom line....they should have taken this car back after trying to fix it and being unsuccessful. I brought it back with this problem less than 24 hours after driving it off the lot, not 3 months. If they did not refund me, they should have at least offered credit towards another vehicle on their lot. This was literally robbery in my opinion. They knew good and well that they were not fixing the problem in all their attempts and that if they let it go long enough, we would eventually give up and so much time would have passed that we would have no recourse. Very disappointed especially because I put so much trust in Chris Polson himself. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
