I was visiting my parents in Columbia when my Dad said I needed to get my oil changed. He referred McDaniel's for me. I received very poor service there. My car sat in the front, drive-up service bay for 30 minutes. I had to ask a service tech if someone would be taking my car back. Then, it took 2 1/2 hours to complete my oil/oil filter and engine filter change. The prices for the service are inflated. When I returned home, I called McDaniel's four times to discuss the service and the prices. No one contacted me over four days!! Outrageous!!! When I return to visit my parents again in Columbia, I will not come to McDaniel's if I need service on my Forester.

Tried to make an appointment to buy out my lease. I was told financing would take 30-60 minutes. I asked the sales person if we could go run an errand and come back and he said yes. Well as soon as we got back our spot in line got booted for someone who came in to buy a car. I understand the circumstance of them needing to keep things moving but I would have preferred the sales guy advise us not to leave because it would bump us down in line. My husband and I took off work, hired a sitter for our child and made an appointment all for us to have to sit here now from 10:30am-1:00pm. Don’t bother with appointments they mean nothing. All they care about is sales not customer service

Just had my old Subaru repaired (major work) called for a quote and simply got the best service manager I've ever dealt with. Up front with all estimates and had the work done in a timely manner. After several phone calls to other dealers, I decided to go with these people no mater what just because of this managers phone professionalism. Very satisfied with the outcome so far.
