We are Savannah residence and have chosen to travel to AutoNation South Carolina. We have been greatly pleased since we made that move. However, this last visit gave us concern. I was there for my 50,000 AutoNation South Carolina. We have been greatly pleased since we made that move. However, this last visit gave us concern. I was there for my 50,000 mile check up which included an oil change. We traveled to North Carolina immediately after this checkup and our oil light came on. We put a quart of oil in. When we got to the dealership at AutoNation, it was discovered that that was the only oil in the car. The oil may have been drained, but we’re fairly certain that very little oil was put back into the car. Also, our automatic transmission overheat light came on. This may or may not be related to the previous visit. AutoNation was very conciliatory and helped us get my Subaru back on the road. But the issue with the oil was a very serious one that concerned us so much. More
Barri Weinberg- gave me her business card with a number that is no longer in service. Wasnt taken seriously when purchasing a new car so I went to a different Subaru dealership that accommodated and respec that is no longer in service. I always have a good experience bringing my car in for service. I called to set up an appointment and figured it would be about a week before anything was available. Charles was able to get me an appointm service. I called to set up an appointment and figured it would be about a week before anything was available. Charles was able to get me an appointment for that very day. Charles is always very helpful, friendly, and professional. He keeps me informed of the progress by text and videos, goes over the bill after service is completed and answers any questions I may have. I always appreciate that my car is returned to me freshly washed. I purchased my car here 3 years ago and only bring it here for service. More

I have never had any difficulty with the Service Department. Charles Francis the service rep is excellent and one of the reasons I keep coming back. He makes sure my car is being serviced properly Department. Charles Francis the service rep is excellent and one of the reasons I keep coming back. He makes sure my car is being serviced properly and keeps me informed on the progress. My only detraction this visit was the extra money added for using a credit card. It was a shock when you already have over $800 dollars of service cost. More
