I bought a 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring earlier this year. I recently took it in for the 1st oil change. Dealing again with Abby reminded me that I meant to write a review. This was the 4th car I have purchased from H of C over the years & I`ve had nothing but excellent experiences. Abby was extremely helpful, throughout the process. They initially did not have the car I wanted on the lot. Abby assured me they could find the car I wanted & did so within a couple of days. Then, when I was out of town after they secured it, they were willing to hold it for me until I got back in town. Adam, who has always been great to deal with, did all I could ask for on my trade-in. It was definitely worth the wait, as the car has surpassed my expectations by far. I had initially been against a CR-V because I know so many people that have one but when I saw a car just like mine & test drove a similar one, I knew that was it! Abby was fantastic to deal with and Adam has always been receptive to any questions I ever asked him. The service dept. has always been top-notch as well. Keep up the good work!

We bought a new 2025 Civic Hybrid Sport Touring in April. First of all, this is an AMAZING car that punches way above its price point. But more importantly, the staff here was fantastic. We live near Asheville and reached out about leasing a vehicle. This is our first time doing a lease. These folks are ON IT!! They helped us... and it wasn't just one person. It was a group effort. They kept us up to date every step of the way. We were able to do paperwork ahead of time to save time at the dealership. Haley was our first point of contact, with Internet Sales. Then we met DJ, our sales person... Who is an AWESOME, friendly, down to earth guy... then on to Thomas in finance. THIS TEAM KILLED IT and we appreciate it!

What a great experience we had with the service department. While driving to Beaufort area on vacation, my Acura developed a loud and annoying noise coming from glove compartment area. This would happen only at higher speeds. I stopped in about 3PM and met Michael, a service writer. He listened to me, asked many questions to narrow down issue. As he was setting up an appointment, he saw Patrick, service manager & master mechanic, and called him over & explained what was going on with my car. Patrick said he had some ideas & went to my car, diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be simple but impossible to find by someone untrained & fixed it. I was overwhelmed by this dealership/service department. I can’t say enough about my experience plus Michael even gave us several recommendations for restaurants while we are in the area. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking for quality service with old fashioned values.

Cale charges for services they don't actually do. Even when being caught on video the manager Derick continues to cover for the lies of his service department. Which means the corruption is directed from the top. They are dishonest and I will never take my car there again!
