Viti greeted me like an old friend despite the fact that I purchased my XC60 in Philadelphia and normally have my XC60 serviced there. where I live most of the year. The loaner was waiting for me when I arrived and I was out of the dealership in less than 10 minutes. They not only did the 100K service, but were also able to have it detailed. a fantastic experience! When I arrived back to pick up my car, it was waiting for me in the bay. Bravo!
