Overall the visit was fine, but it took a really long time to get a loaner vehicle and insurance check. That was awful. We had to get a person from our auto insurance company on the phone to confirm our time to get a loaner vehicle and insurance check. That was awful. We had to get a person from our auto insurance company on the phone to confirm our coverage. It took a REALLY long time. Not good for busy professionals when we need to get back on the road. Then my vehicle was not washed or cleaned inside at all after a very expensive service visit, I have asked about it, Michael took it through quick exterior wash, but no vacuuming inside. They have returned me a dirty vehicle. Disappointing… More

Ordered specific specs on my new Volvo, so I needed to wait to be manufactured, but it wasn't too long as I thought initially, only couple of months. They have great communication which is important in my opinion. The sale was a breeze, they sent me to do couple things before I go to the dealership, and the whole sale took less then 1h. Very nice people easy to speak with. And the important thing during the sale, they didn't push for any of the additional things, but explained thoroughly what benefit they bring. During my recent car buying experience the level of customer service was far below standard. There was misinformation and poor communication. Important items that were discussed during negotiations wer customer service was far below standard. There was misinformation and poor communication. Important items that were discussed during negotiations were not followed through on when it came time to sign the contract. I was made to feel that I misunderstood although I clearly remember the details. I am very happy with the car itself but I would not return to this dealership again. The features of the car were not even demonstrated to us on the day of purchase! These issues were brought to the attention of the management but the response was that we, as the customer are wrong. That is not the level of customer service I expect when making such a significant purchase. More
