Jon Lelhane was very accommodating for our 2nd purchase in 4 years from Jon. When you look at different automobiles with multiple options it gets really confusing when you finally decide which one is right for you within your budget. Jon answered all questions and what was impressive, he always answered his phone or returned phone calls in a timely manner. Customer satisfaction, at Viti, is very evident with the Staff Jon works with from Finance, Upper Management to the Service Staff behind him.
