I decided to switch dealerships about a year or two ago because I needed to service my older Mercedes Benz. The other place was not very accommodating in what I needed, couldn’t fix the issue my car was experiencing, and seemed more interested in warranty work and servicing new cars. I don’t like new Mercedes…I prefer to drive the brand when it was still mostly German, AND I don’t need an iPad and all this touch screen nonsense on my dashboard!! After nearly 2 years of servicing 3 different older Mercedes with Viti I can confidently say that I’ve found the right place. My service advisor, Bud Cartin, is one of the best in the business. Very knowledgeable and helpful, especially when I need to be talked off of the ledge about a car issue haha If you’ve got an older pre-2010 Benz, I would highly recommend you going to Viti. If you’ve got a classic like my ‘73 SL, definitely go to Viti. Best in the state.
