Flood did a great job! Steve was very efficient and on top of all the details from the beginning, when I used the build-and-price tool, to the end for the purchase. Joe in finance was also ready to go and made everything smooth and easy. Both guys were a pleasure talking to throughout the process, and everyone there was pleasant and helpful. I also have experience with Flood's service department and they were equally as knowledgeable and pleasant as sales. I highly recommend this dealership for anything with Ford.
