My first time dealing with Flood and my experience was great! Salesman Joe Bessette was great, not high pressure and very responsive to requests, even on his days off. Flood did not try to upsell me on nonsense like so many other dealers. I ended up buying 2 cars in 1 week and would deal with them again!
