When I got to the dealership , Troy Scott was waiting for me at the door , all my paperwork was ready and we came to an agreement on price very quickly. Troy was very knowledgeable and professional, took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. The only important suggestion to improve om is your phone service When you call shorly after 5:00 pm and you hope at least SALES is open and they are busy Please have a recorded message of all of the stores Hours each department You can’t check your computer while you’re driving down the street and need to plan your day and so you know the times well some people might but I don’t operate a computer when I drive or even have the vertical the verbal commands to make and have it respond to me correctly call it up. Lotta people still use phones should tell you the stores hours otherwise it’s very frustrating. That’s corrective constructive criticism more than one way to sell a car right but you guys do it well.

They had me in and out very fast as well as pointed out that my inspection was due in two months and they were able to complete it that day so I didn’t have to come back. Everyone was very nice including a space to do some work and they even had donuts and coffee. Great service department felt like I was in a hotel lounge not a service department. Also the end price was very reasonable.
