This is the 5th vehicle I've purchased over the last 20 years from this dealership. Always easy transactions, salesmen actually aren't pushy and I genuinely think they listen to what you have to say. Never have they tried to upsale me.

Would not buy a used car here or take it in for service. I’d definitely not buy their warranty. They sold me a car with a bad engine. To keep the story short they would not fix it under the warranty. Ended up exchanging it but lost around $2000 doing it then they tried sneaking in the Zurich guard and said I must buy it. Jermey Service manager unprofessional. After I traded it in for a truck the truck I bought had smoke smell in it and had to take that back in for that. Got no apology’s for selling me a bad car and all the hassle I went through. Let’s just say I’m telling all my family and friends not to come here and they buy and service from here. You want to fix this Kelly? You have my number.

Four trips to the dealership for an oil change 1, Did not tighten the oil filter after replacement. leaking oil all over the garage floor. Back to the dealer. 2. Find oil all the floor again, back to the dealer, this time they forgot to replace the oil cap. Dealer held the car over night. 3. Went back to pick the car up I asked the manager to check under the car for any leaks he said we can put on the lift and I could check. They put it on lift call me over I’m looking and see that the skid plate is missing they have no idea where it is, we found it at the last bay where it was serviced. Extremely disappointed with the service team at Tri County Toyota! I can’t understand how this team could screw up an oil change so bad but they did. 1st oil change 7600 miles on my RAV4, took it in for its one year service. Lost time from work, now the car smells of burnt oil from the oil on the engine. Still dripping oil. Sincerely, Charles

I brought my car in for a few issues twice in the last two weeks. Each time I was lucky enough to deal with Mckenzie Durham in the service department. She took the time to go over my issues with me and help me decide the best way to describe them to the service technicians. She was patient and followed up with me multiple times while I was waiting for my car, to give me updates on what was found and to make sure I was ok going forward with the work. She was very cordial and she did it all with a smile on her face. It was probably the best customer service interaction I have had with anyone not just for a car service but for anything that required dealing with a company representative that was providing some type of work, service, etc. for me. Mckenzie would be a prime candidate for a public relations job, I found her extremely pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. Thank you Mckenzie, Bob Fidelibus.

I recently worked with Dave Manning to purchase an awesome used Ford F150 from out of state. Dave called me right away, provided me detailed pictures of the undercarriage and videos of the vehicle running, per my request. He was so kind and helpful all along the process. Even helped get me aligned with a transport company and called to make sure the pickup was what I had expected after it was delivered. And it TOTALLY WAS!! Dave was the best salesman I have ever worked with!! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well! Would definitely work with them again!

The service department at this dealership is an absolute disaster. As a 65-year-old woman unfamiliar with mechanical terms, I asked for a clarification on a repair issue. Instead of helping me, the service representative raised their voice and displayed anger. It’s not my fault I don’t understand technical jargon, and I found their behavior rude and unacceptable. I regret not reading the negative reviews before visiting, and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Very disappointing place. They replaced my rotors and brakes 2 years ago, and said they needed replacement again? My car is stored in a garage and generally, my brakes never needed replacement for 60000 or more miles. Costly need and I honestly do not trust if this job was done properly 2 years ago. I also waited 1 hour for them to even look at my car, as I waited over 2 hours, as a full room of customers came and went, as I was the last one there. And… I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time… even 15 min prior. Problems discussed with them and zero comments back.

Top notch, Chris Mackes is a true gentleman and is very knowledgeable of the product. I assisted an older family member purchase a new RAV4 after hers was totaled in a crash. I contacted Chris via email with a quick response and two telephone calls I received my best price from him and made the deal. We traveled 85 miles to the dealership where the car was prepped, and ready to go. Upon arrival unlike other dealerships the price quoted was the actual price. The entire process only took one hour and fifteen minutes. There were no high pressure finance room scare tactics or shenanigans. Chris was very patient explaining the new vehicle features to my family member. All in all a great experience.

While I am 2 hours away from the dealership, Cliff was professional and respectful in taking my downpayment and keeping in touch with me while I waited for my turn to purchase the vehicle. When it came time for the purchase, Cliff was transparent with the out-the-door price, did not pressure me into unnecessary options, and on the day of the pick-up did not surprise me with additional options. The time I spent at the dealership for paperwork and car setup was significantly less than the average time one spends at a dealership. During the visit I had a chance to meet Mr. Krause Senior, the father of the current owner and made sure to thank him for the great purchase experience. Overall, I am super satisfied with Cliff and Krause Toyota and will be recommending it to my friends.

Customer satisfaction is more important to them because Toyotas have a reputation of their own. People are going to buy Toyotas. So they make it their job to assist you as much as possible without taking you for a ride and all kinds of "Hidden costs" or expenses. And even if I didn't have a Toyota I would still have my car serviced there. They have pretty much every job timed down to the minute so you are provided with accurate estimates and not overcharged for labor....
