This review took me too long to post... but some time ago the Service Department at A&T installed my OEM splashguards on my Forester. Excellent, clean, neat work and very prompt.

Never met the service person. He didn’t introduce himself. I didn’t receive a multipoint inspection report. The report sent to me by internet link lacked detail.

As we arrived we were immediately met by staff and directed where to park our car and where to check in. We were told how long it would take and then directed to waiting area. Our wait was shorter than what we were told. We were out in 35 minutes. It was fast service!

I’ve worked with Chris W a few times now and can confidently say he’s a true professional. Not everything went perfectly smooth every time, but what really matters is how Chris handles situations when things aren’t 100% peachy. For instance, I had tires replaced, but the initial balancing wasn’t great. I brought the vehicle back within a week with a rear vibration complaint, and Chris had the rebalancing / road testing done free of charge—no hassle at all. On my next visit, I was back for tires again (yep managed to puncture a newly installed tire within a month 🥹). The check-in process was super quick (Thanks Chris G) and Dana was very straightforward in explaining the repair process. Before I knew it, the car was ready to go! Everything covered by the tire warranty. Thank you all!

I needed to replace the rear hatch door support rods. The dealership supplied them and installed them in a half hour while I waited. When the job was done I opened the hatch and was very happy to not have to duck under it to avoid hitting my head.

This dealership is second to none!!! All the employees I encountered were so kind and helpful. The maintenance I had done was done quickly and efficiently. The techs performed the service as though he/she was working on his own vehicle. I wish I could have dealt with this dealership when I was in the market for a used subaru. I would have purchased a better vehicle and would have been treated like a customer and friend of the dealership, instead of being insulted and mistreated at the dealership where I made my purchase.

Vehicle in for inspection and emission testing. During inspection the tech found my battery cables had some corrosion so they cleaned them, this is a good thing for colder weather . I would like to ask if the dealership had considered having a piece of equipment that other dealerships have that is connected to the battery cables during the cleaning? I lost my preset radio stations as well as having to set temperature gauge and mode
