Absolutely incredible job to repair rodent damage to the wiring in our Ascent. Somewhat traumatic experience to see it all torn apart, but it is back together & working as good as new. Also very grateful for the use of the loaner. Vehicle was done much sooner than our insurance company's estimate.

This dealership is second to none!!! All the employees I encountered were so kind and helpful. The maintenance I had done was done quickly and efficiently. The techs performed the service as though he/she was working on his own vehicle. I wish I could have dealt with this dealership when I was in the market for a used subaru. I would have purchased a better vehicle and would have been treated like a customer and friend of the dealership, instead of being insulted and mistreated at the dealership where I made my purchase.

My car was scheduled for an appointment to fix a Check Engine Light and I received a service loaner. I was kept informed during the entire process and given a realistic completion date and time. Service check-in was efficient and my loaner was available at that time. The service advisor, Kevin Jeffers, was very professional and personable.

Dont bring your STI, WRX or anything. COOL here. Sounds like an employee was going to try stealing some gals STI, with the back lot & lack of cameras. Probably lower level but not the place as a whole. (although some specific dealerships have been known to be completely corrupt in the past, idk about Subaru but in general) & now they're covering their tracks for a PR nightmare if it got out, that some employees may dismantle the locator and "misplace" the car, after gaslighting saying you never brought it in. Very odd behavior forsure. Now theyre deleted her reviews and everything to keep their negligence under wraps and take zero accountability blaming her for contacting during "peak hours". ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. 100% suspicious!
