Every time we have brought our car in they do something wrong- the replaced the sunroof and didn’t replace the plastic piece behind the rear view so there are now exposed wires. The repaired a tire and never returned our trunk cover. The car is filthy every time they work on it- my headliner is stained all over from the work they have done. I would never recommend them!

I had my vehicle in for service not to long ago. I had two subwoofers, an amp, and a radio installed in my vehicle. I wasn't to sure about going to a dealership for this installation cause they can be real pricey. But i was surprise at the price off the whole installation. Very affordable and i love my sound system. I recomend all my friend and family to go visit this dealer. I would have given them all 5 but theres always room for improvement. I have an appointment to get an alarm installed and can't wait to see it work.

My apologies to all for this late review. While traveling from our home state of Wyoming by RV and towing our Jeep Wrangler through Ohio/Pennsylvania on 09/18/2019, we experienced a serious problem with our Jeep suspension. It was after hours and we took the Jeep to the nearest dealer, Scheidemantle Motors. Returning the next morning (09/19), Service Advisor Reese Summersgill was extremely helpful and sympathetic to our plight. She immediately had the Jeep evaluated and after we were briefed on and shown the problem, they ordered parts and had it repaired while we continued our journey with the plan of picking the Jeep up upon our return trip five days later. The Jeep was repaired to our complete satisfaction, and when we returned home to WY, our local Jeep dealer and Firestone business commented on the appropriateness and correct repairs. I can't say enough great things about Scheidemantle Motors! Excellent customer service, quality of repair work, fair pricing, and all staff were very honest and forthcoming. Our best to Reese!

The staff has been top notch with me. Very pleasant, aimed to please, and timely in the work being done. The only issue is that there is always grease somewhere on the driver's side after they're finished with my car and I have to go home and try to clean it.

My 2014 Ram 1500 had 250,000 miles on it and needed a cam and lifters. Aaron guided me through the quote and replaced my motor with a minimum of disruption in my schedule. I was given a great loaner that fit my needs. I received my truck a day earlier than promised. Aaron was honest and eager to please in all aspects of the service project. TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I took my Jeep in for inspection and alerted the service manager to an issue with the fog light switch. They say they checked it, and passed it for inspection. The next day my battery was dead. The garage I took it to said the multifunction switch was broken and had to be replaced. My vehicle should not have passed inspection. I do not recommend Three Rivers Jeep.
