Everytime I go to Pacifico Mazda Joe Gresh, Jay, Joey Peruto and their team take great care of me. I drop my car off first thing in the morning, and they have it ready by lunch time. They provide me with a Uber or Lyft so I can back to my apartment to work, and send one for when it's time to pick up my vehicle. The team always sends a video inspection of my car so I can stay on top of maintenance and make sure everything is in good shape. 11/10 service.

I have purchased five cars through abruzzi auto brokers since 2000. I estimate my savings to be around $10,000-$15,000 total. I would never go to a dealer without them. They really go to bat for you. How can you really go wrong since the service costs nothing out of pocket. They have also sold several cars for me. My mercedes, the dealer offered me $37,250 for it. Abruzzi got me $42,750.

Never will go to Any Audi Dealerships in the future, had problems with 2 different Audi dealerships with Covert Racism and the Audi Advocate are useless No Good Nose Browners also.

Absolutely horrible experience and subpar level of customer service. They sent wrong part number and then entered into a nightmare scenario trying to get correct part sent out to me. Customer service was absolutely useless and after speaking to 4 different agents in 2 countries was no closer to any resolution of my issue. Finally, just drove to AutoZone and picked up correct part; it was a little more expensive, but well worth it considering the amount of time and hassle I experienced trying to work with Auto Parts Warehouse. Good reminder that you truly get what you pay for and that sometimes it well worth paying a little extra.

I have always had a love/hate relationship with Baglier Mazda - Love the vehicle…. dislike the service i receive. I have had my Mazda3 for 9 years and initially had it serviced exclusively at the dealership. The service received was always disappointing. Eventually, i began having my Mazda serviced at another repair shop but i continued to take it to Baglier for the free state/multipoint inspections. The last time was December 2020. These inspections were to include topping off all fluids. In March 2021 i was preparing to sell the car and noticed that the coolant reserve tank was below minimum. Called Baglier and requested a quick service to have it topped off (which appeared to not have been done on the last visit 3 months ago). Not mentioning any names but i believe it was the service manager that said i would have to purchase the coolant because they "did not have any coolant available"(!?). How do they top off the fluids if they don't have any available? The point in my long story is that i was in the market for a new vehicle and despite my disappointment with the service center, i came very close to purchasing a 2021 Mazda3 and even test drove one. I wound up purchasing a 2021 Honda Civic from Honda North. Thank you to whoever I spoke to for showing me that I should consider myself lucky to have missed out on another 9 year love/hate relationship with your dealership. I’ll wave as I drive by on my way to Honda North.

Stopped in to get a replacement bulb for a burned out front headlamp in my daughters Hyundai that she purchased a year or so ago from Blaize Alexander. I had called around 4:45pm to inquire as to whether the correct bulb was in stock as I had already stopped at 2 car parts stores earlier that day- The person I spoke to , Josh Gilmore said that even though the department was closing at 5pm I should come ahead and stop in that they would still be there until 5:30. I stopped by and purchased the bulb and asked if they had any idea if it was difficult to install- Josh and the other employee(?) said they would help me to install it but actually they just installed it for me. My daughter was headed out of town and it really made me feel appreciative that someone would take the extra step to help a customer out. I have consistently noticed this really good service every time we have stopped at that dealership. Bill Reilly waiting on us when we began searching for a used car and he was also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
