excellent dealership for service, recently stopped in for an oil change. $29.95 for an oil change with synthetic oil . there is no other place around , that can beat this price. They also do a multipoint inspection on your auto, and also hand wash it. they never tried to sell me services I did not need. Very friendly people . I would highly recommend for service .

Had an 11:00 service appointment for state inspection. Jennifer Bross had everything lined up when I arrived at drive thru. I went to the showroom and was pleasantly greeted and asked if I needed anything. Took my time looking at all the new models and before I knew it, Jennifer located me and told me what I needed. Not long after that my car was ready and I was on my way. Granted, I have a 2019 CRV with 32K, and I didn’t expect anything major today,but the way I was treated always keeps me coming back. I hope we can get a clarification or credit for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation from the Fred Bean Honda dealership regarding a $513.98 charge for a $5.50 wheel stud replacement. Including an offensive charge of $44.98 listed as “customer pay environment/supplies for repair order”. My local mechanic told me the repair should be around 1-1/2 hours so maybe $150-$175. At Beans Honda the labor hours were not listed just a labor total of $429.95 to install a $5.50 part. This certainly feels like what the president refers to as “greedflation”. I was flabbergasted to say the least. I got a very vague soft reply from management about their concerns for customers but nothing specific like a name to call or a credit voucher…..something tangible. I’ll remove my comments when I feel Beans Honda takes customers reviews seriously. Thanks

I have purchased five cars through abruzzi auto brokers since 2000. I estimate my savings to be around $10,000-$15,000 total. I would never go to a dealer without them. They really go to bat for you. How can you really go wrong since the service costs nothing out of pocket. They have also sold several cars for me. My mercedes, the dealer offered me $37,250 for it. Abruzzi got me $42,750.
