Would you believe a 5 star rating for a car dealership service department? We hit a pothole in I78 and had the sidewall of one tire destroyed. We pulled to the side of the road and used our Lexus Emergency button. The operator arranged for a flatbed to rescue us and it arrived within 40 minutes. Meanwhile we phoned Lexus of the Lehigh Valley. The service department was wonderful. We arranged a loaner car and they were waiting for us when we arrive just before they closed for the day. Very quickly we were on our way home (near Philadelphia). Our car was repaired mid-morning the next day and then they drove my car to our house to exchange for the loaner - at no cost!

Anthony is the epitome of integrity and customer service. When considering the purchase of a new motor for my BMW, Anthony laid out the pros and cons to me and assured me an excellent experience. There was a minor hiccup in compatibility with some ancillary parts, for which Anthony quickly, professionally and cheerfully corrected. Later down the road, I experienced an issue at my local dealership who are not as professional and customer-centric as Anthony, and Anthony went above and beyond to help with this issue. In summary, we need Anthony to propagate his professionalism all across the industry!

Took our 2016 Mazda3 there today and the experience was wonderful, not pushy, washed car and done in a timely manor. We had been taking our vehicles to the dealer in Hamilton NJ, and every time the paperwork either had someone else's name on it or it was someone else's VIN. We switched today and have come to understand that not every dealer is inefficient or operating in chaos. Thank you for the great service we will be back!!!
