Don’t shop with Milford Chrysler if you want good customer service. I reached out after the purchase of a car to talk about the fact I was told one thing but the paperwork shows something different. After being hung up on when I called the first time, I was told the finance manager would have to call me back. After 24 hours when I had not gotten a call I then called back and asked for the finance manager. I was basically told “sorry nothing I can do you should have read the paperwork better. I can leave a message with the GM who will be in tomorrow to call you.” I waited to hear from the GM, and waited and am still waiting almost 2 weeks later. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because of the holiday but after sending multiple emails and leaving multiple messages I’ve decided there’s no way other than to go public in hopes to get a response. I do not dispute my hand in not fully going line by line but after being there for 4 hours and getting a call while I was waiting about a family member who is declining. I was handed paperwork and told “sign here” no one went over everything with me and no one communicated the full numbers with me. I am still hoping to get some communication and response to the issues at hand and did everything I could to not have to go public with it, but some times it’s the only thing that gets an answer.

Every time we have brought our car in they do something wrong- the replaced the sunroof and didn’t replace the plastic piece behind the rear view so there are now exposed wires. The repaired a tire and never returned our trunk cover. The car is filthy every time they work on it- my headliner is stained all over from the work they have done. I would never recommend them!

Joe was a pleasure to work with but the pink pants and arrogance of the manager cost the sale for me. The used truck I was after had more issues we found than was listed and in the end we walked over $600 disagreement. The truck needed a headlight assembly and had a front end vibration so the offer was fix it or take more off the price. Our salesman Joe was willing but got a veto from the manager of Saturdays. Made an offer on another truck to have damage repaired and then purchase which was also vetoed. Sad to waste a day traveling only to find a bunch of issues. Joe was a pleasure to work with. Manager saved cash for more fancy pants.

A dealership running at its capacity should have a concierge service. If not loner cars while you wait, at least a concierge service that drops you off and picks you back up like other car dealerships that are even smaller in size than this one, because sitting and waiting there for 3-4 hours while your car is being serviced is quite unnecessary and counterproductive for the client. also, at least have some free snacks if the wait is going to be that long, if you are spending a bundle of money and time, at least your vehicle can be washed simple things like this will put an added smile on a customers face. This is all part of customer satisfaction not just what’s cost-effective for the dealer.(Hire two Wash techs, this could boost customer satisfaction and widen the job market) other than that the workers are quite courteous, and the craftsman seem to be quite thorough,

I recently purchased a brand new 2024 vehicle from Reedman, and unfortunately, it has turned out to be a complete lemon. Barely a month after driving it off the lot, I started experiencing numerous problems. The vehicle had to be towed back to Reedman, where I was informed that there's a shortage of hybrid mechanics, causing a significant delay in repairs. After weeks of waiting, they claimed to have fixed the issue and returned the car to me. However, on the same day, more issues surfaced, and the car had to be taken back to the dealership yet again. It's been sitting there for an extended period now, with no end in sight. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. If you do, be prepared for lengthy service times and the possibility of not having your car returned to you for weeks on end.

We went to Courtesy Motor Sales Dodge in Altoona looking for an SUV that met a difficult set of requirements. We needed room, towing, roof racks and the ability to mount a support on the front to hold a hang glider or two. Every car we had looked at, including our own, has been impossible to put a front support on. They were so very patient with us and the sales woman, Lisa Thompson spent a significant amount of time trying to match us with the right vehicle. Mike Barnett, the manager, looked over our SUV and added suggestions on both how we could modify vehicles and vehicle models that had the potential for our needs. Then we went to the parts department and Alan Fridhof helped us there. Boy, no better service than all of this! We came away with a working solution and, when it comes time to trade up, we know exactly where we are going: Courtesy Dodge!

I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Jeep Wrangler from Jim Shorkey Jeep. I will highly recommend Thom Betz to anyone looking for a vehicle. I was put in contact with Thom through email and he immediately reached out to start working with me to find what I wanted. I was deciding between another lease on a New Jeep (as my current Jeep lease was set to expire soon) or a used one. Thom took his time putting together quotes on all my options, patiently answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured at all, not to mention he is just a very nice and friendly guy. Lisa in finance was equally as friendly, patient and made sure to clearly explain everything step by step through the process, she worked very hard to get my payments close to what I was looking for. A GREAT experience at a dealership that several years ago I did not have the best experience, so happy I gave them another chance!

Couldn't be happier with everything about the process we had buying a new RAM 1500. Told them up front that I hate buying vehicles because of the games that some dealers play. Just give me the best you can do up front & it will work. Their offer on my trade-in was $2K more than another dealer nearby (that eventually came up more after some unnecessary back & forth). Kerry worked with us to get exactly what we wanted, with no pressure, & sealed the deal. Sales Manager Gary was easy to work with & made wrapping up the process very comfortable & smooth. Would recommend these guys very highly!
