Dealer sales price is not the real price of the cars they post that the price if you qualify for all the incentives. If it sales sales price that should be the price before and incentives because not everyone get those and to get them all would be extremely hard. Salesman I talked to was very rude when I bought this up and I don’t deal with dealerships like that the internet price should be a price that everyone would pay if they walked into the dealership to purchase new car.

terrible customer service. BF service writer talked to me as though I was was to believe everything he said as gospel. front end alignment killed my steering tires in less than 2000 miles, claimed my tires were too aggressive. the tires they rotated had 9000 miles on them, wish I could post pictures, tech brings my truck around for me and steering wheel is at 10 and 4 o'clock, unacceptable. they send it to their other dealership to fix alignment, it was out 2.4 on one tire a and 1.6 on the other. now I'm out 700$ for 2 tires that I originally didn't need, they said they could get me tires that I had to pay for.. .xxxxxxxx! they screwed them up they should replace them..... I would never buy another vehicle from them. they don't have a diesel tech, I had to go to Shorkey in N Huntington for service...I'm done with these condescending service writers who pretend to know all...never again!

A dealership running at its capacity should have a concierge service. If not loner cars while you wait, at least a concierge service that drops you off and picks you back up like other car dealerships that are even smaller in size than this one, because sitting and waiting there for 3-4 hours while your car is being serviced is quite unnecessary and counterproductive for the client. also, at least have some free snacks if the wait is going to be that long, if you are spending a bundle of money and time, at least your vehicle can be washed simple things like this will put an added smile on a customers face. This is all part of customer satisfaction not just what’s cost-effective for the dealer.(Hire two Wash techs, this could boost customer satisfaction and widen the job market) other than that the workers are quite courteous, and the craftsman seem to be quite thorough,

Just wanted to thank the service team for helping me with an emergency service repair that I needed. I did not have an appointment but they said they would try to squeeze me in (they let me know it could take a while). I am extremely grateful for their new shuttle service. They took me home and called later to tell me the answer about my problem with my wheel. They had to wait for parts to come in but ran out of time to fix it that day. They called the next morning when it was done and shuttled me back. I couldn't be more pleased.

I bought a 2017 jeep wrangler less than two weeks ago - Ethan

I bought a 2017 jeep wrangler less than two weeks ago with a 1000 mile warranty which is basic for a used car. Two days ago I noticed the jeep making odd noises and pulling to the side. When I looked at it the driver side front brakes were completely eaten away and the caliper was seized. When I contacted the dealership they told me they only cover the power train and will not fix the brake issue. I do not feel that a car I bought less then 2 weeks ago should have broken already and then the dealership not honor any kind of warranty. I will not buy another car from them again.

Never thought I'd buy a car remotely, but these folks were the closest dealer to my home in NC that had a blue Pacifica Hybrid. Every other dealer had only boring white. Smooth transaction. One way airfare to Harrisburg, they picked me up at my hotel in my car and drove to the dealership to do the paperwork. I had all the figures in my email in advance and there were no surprises and got what I consider a fair deal.

An employee drove a customers car to the mall and left the keys on the front seat! The owner found the car with groceries in the passenger. Employees seem to prefer joyriding over doing their actual jobs. Disappointing and disgusting. Entire place needs to be closed down.

I had a frustrating experience with the Ladd Hanford service department regarding an issue with my vehicle that no one seemed to be able to fix. However, after meeting with General Manager Gary Deibert, my experience completely turned around. Gary understood my frustration and helped me trade my existing vehicle in for something I love even more. The various trim levels and option packages can be complicated and Paul did a great job coming up with a configuration that had all the features we wanted. For the past year we've also been going to this dealership for service and are happy with it. They're always friendly and they've taken good care of our vehicles. I especially like the fact that they offer an express oil change service that doesn't require an appointment.
