In for oil change and required warranty checkup. Oil change and tire rotation ~109$ With the weather change forecasted, I was dismayed that this didn't include fluid checks. Windshield fluid was not checked. Normally in past where I purchased my vehicles, this was standard. Also, most dealers offer complimentary car washes, They have one in the Dodge/ Jeep area, not Mitsubishi. I asked why they don't take the cars to the otherside of dealership to wash. I was told they are too busy. These are minor points, but make a dealer standout when there are others do these things as standard. The service people are polite and considerate to customers as are the salespeople. I have gone there because they are very close instead of driving to where I purchased my vehicle. They are accommodating to work within your schedule. Just need to match what is standard at other dealers. By the way, windshield fluid is no longer empty!

Top-notch customer service! I took my 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander in for an oil change, which they were able to get me in very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the oil change would be at no charge, as this was the first oil change since I had purchased the vehicle. They kept me updated throughout the appointment and when the service was complete, I was told it would be just a few minutes longer because they were washing it. (Again, very pleasantly surprised!) I have NEVER experienced the level of customer service like I experienced at Stuckey Mitsubishi in State College, PA and I will most definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

I appreciate that he took the time to listen to my wife and I and he wasn’t there just to “sell” a car. From the moment we walked in, he did not treat the experience like a transaction which I valued. It made our experience very pleasant, and I highly recommend working with him and would do so again.

Go somewhere else! The warranty means nothing! They do not honor the warranty they allegedly “stand by”. Car is 10 MONTHS old and they are trying to charge me $800 for a sensor and blaming me without any proof. AND when I tried to reference the warranty and said it is not reputable what they are doing, they said they are charging me $130 for a diagnostic to get my car back even though I refuse to pay for the bad sensor they obviously sold me. Oh and they are flunking me on the inspection saying I need tires that are 10 months old and have 15,000 miles on them, that they sold to me on the new vehicle I bought in June 2024. I even referred my 77 year old mother to buy a new Mitsubishi in that same month. Now I have to worry she will get taken advantage of. Don’t buy a Mitsubishi, especially from Interstate Mitsubishi in Erie, PA. Spend a little more now on a KIA or SUBARU, and you will have piece of mind with a dependable vehicle and save money in the long run.

When I went to do the final paper work and pick up of my new (used) car, I had an appointment but had to wait 1 hour because, I am assuming, all the walk in customers. I work retail and I understand but I had an appointment. They almost lost a sale. I hope you fix that.

My first experince at Desimone was about three years ago when my car was hit. Dave in the body shop made my car look brand new. I later traded it in and got another car, a septa bus hit me from the front and once again desomine made me whole again. Since then i have recommended anyone i know that have a vehicle to go to desomione.

I should have went to autotrader. The car they sold me for 2 grand had a cracked engine block. Had to scrap the car. Will never trust a used car lot again. I should have listenened to my parents as they warned me about this dealers history here in Doylestown.
