I recently had an extremely positive experience at Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi in North Hills. Having just retired, I was interested in a small hatchback and eventually they set me up with a pre-certified 2021 Mirage with about 50,000 miles on it and I got a great price. The process was seamless from my initial outreach to the General Sales Manager Bill Driscoll via email to this person then setting me up with John Barbour as my official sales representative. John was great, very attentive, and offered excellent customer service. It’s just great to have a dedicated person walk you through everything related to the car and contract and also provide honest estimates of how long the process takes. Most importantly, John was very patient and extremely helpful when we encountered a couple of very minor issues. Kudos also to the whole team I dealt with, from Melisa who greeted me in such a friendly manner to Corey Davidson (Sales Manager) and Dakota Carson in sales. Lastly, its’ definitely worth noting that they have a very collaborative and friendly culture, and there’s obviously a priority there to building a sense of community. I know how corny and cliché it sounds to describe a business culture as “family-like,” but it is nice to engage with people at a business who genuinely seem to like each other and enjoy providing exceptional service to customers. When I went to do the final paper work and pick up of my new (used) car, I had an appointment but had to wait 1 hour because, I am assuming, all the walk in customers. I work retail and I understand but I had an appointment. They almost lost a sale. I hope you fix that.

My first experince at Desimone was about three years ago when my car was hit. Dave in the body shop made my car look brand new. I later traded it in and got another car, a septa bus hit me from the front and once again desomine made me whole again. Since then i have recommended anyone i know that have a vehicle to go to desomione.
