If I could give 0 stars I would. - tame.sunken_4j
If I could give 0 stars I would. Called to ask about Subaru I saw online. Krissy, the sales manager told me, “Oh! We’ve had sooo much interest in that car!” She then proceeded to claim that she had no idea
if it was still available or whether it had been sold. She would have to put me on hold while she looked through the inventory because again, they had just had sooo much interest! Now folks, when you tell someone over and over again just how much interest there is in a single car in the dead of January, the day after an ice storm, you know you’re
being fed a line of utter b.s.! I told Krissie I was sorry, but I couldn’t do business with her. I don’t deal with did honest sales people.
Called back later and was told by a different salesperson that they needed my full name and phone number before we could proceed. I replied, “I asked you a simple question. Do you have this vehicle in stock? And no, you DO NOT need my name nor my number to answer this question.” The saleswoman SLAMMED the phone down.
Called a third time and requested the General Manager. After objections from Krissy, she did eventually transfer me to “Danny,” who claimed he was the GM. I told Danny that I had called about a car I saw online but that first, I needed to tell him about his employees’ behavior to which he replied, “Why? I’m not going to discipline them or anything. Why do I care about how they behave?”
I told Danny that if he didn’t care about how his employees behave, then we couldn’t do business. I also told him I’d be reporting his behavior and that of his employees to state agencies and online forums such as this one.
Folks, do yourself a favor and just AVOID Fred Beans Subaru in Doylestown. There are plenty of other HONEST, ETHICAL, and RESPECTFUL car dealers. This place ain’t it!
