Customer Experience Manager Shannon George managed all aspects of my transaction from initial deposit (on an in-transit vehicle) to a seamless right-off-the-truck delivery about 10 days later. Shannon was delightful to work with - no red tape or gimmicks - and she models the unique character of LoLV perfectly. I will also mention Dylan Reid, another standup manager at LoLV, who allowed me to test drive an ES hybrid late in 2023. Dylan was wise enough to answer my questions and allow the car to sell itself. None of the usual, uncomfortable arm-twisting. For my wife and I, this was truly a "peaceful experience" all around! Not to mention a wonderful, sharp car, too!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a used car. Paul was so nice and took us on an informative and fun test drive. It felt like buying with a friend helping get us the best price. No pressure to buy add ons when we met with the business manager to sign documents. Love that we have a 6 month warranty on a certified Lexus along with lifetime inspections. I recently had a problem with my leased UX Hybrid 2023 - Shanbreen

I recently had a problem with my leased UX Hybrid 2023 (something to do with my navigation system). I initially contacted Toyota and hated their customer service. They were giving me $250.00 to be spent on repairs only, for a car under warranty with around 1500 miles. Not only that, they refused to do anything about my problem. I then turned to Rohrich Lexus and had a wonderful experience with them. It took some time for them to solve the problem but they kept me abreast with what was going on. Although, the Service Department was not helpful, Shawn, the sales person, and the general manger, Jason Xenack were excellent. They contacted the Service Department (especially Jason) and returned our calls, always letting us know that the problem would be solved one way or the other. They even compensated us for the long time it took in repairing our problem which according to Toyota was not repairable. Thank you Shawn and Jason. People like you, makes it worthwhile dealing with your company. Please disregard the optional information below. Between Christmas and New Year, I was traveling from North Carolina to visit family in Harrisburg and on the way heard a sudden noise which got worse and worse. Finally arriving in Harrisburg I called the dealership. They took me in within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, repaired it on the spot, kindly offered drinks and snacks in the lounge, kept me informed, washed and vacuumed my vehicle, and sent me happily on my way NO CHARGE!!!!!! I guess we can all call that great service with a smile. Thanks to the service team!!!!!
