I bought a truck from them 4 years ago and the motor went at 80k. They went out of their way to make it right and gave me a decent deal on a truck that I was interested in. During the whole transaction they were very respectful and upfront with me when it came to numbers.

I traded my Ranger Raptor for a NICE F-150 Adrenaline. I loved the Raptor and all the power, it was a Load of Fun to drive. It is a Low mileage truck and has great features and I fit a bit better in the F-150. Keller took care of me Very Well with service on my Raptor, they even came and picked it up, did a full service, a multi-point inspection and brought it back all before I finished work, did I mention that it Did Not cost any more for this service. I am pretty happy with the F-150. It has almost all the features that my Raptor had and it is the 5.0 V8. I am very happy with the way the truck handles and the generous amount of room all through the truck. It is a Very Comfortable truck. The F-150 was a used truck BUT the price was Over the price of the original window sticker. It is a Certified Used vehicle but I still questioned the price being Over original sticker price. Keller has treated my wife and I very well. My wife was able to build and order her Maverick so it was exactly what she wanted. So far they have helped us find 3 Great Trucks. We plan to have all our service done at Keller. Maybe they will find me my Shelby Super Snake one day.

This was our first experience with Fox ford and it was a great experience. We received a fair trade on our truck and got a fantastic deal on our new/used truck. Our salesman Loyd Miller was very knowledgeable and didn’t make us feel pressured into buying our truck. Also, Brooke Meek made sure that we received the best value on our extended warranty package. She went the extra mile and was truly a great person to work with. We will definitely be back.

Great customer service from professional and personable sales staff. They were happy to sit down and LISTEN to what we were looking for. They then brought vehicles for us to look at that matched our needs. They never any pressure, just courteous presentations of option sea clear explanations of the options. We asked two questions the person was unsure of so she went and got the answers for us. The Benner Family does an excellent job of management. If you are interested in a Ford vehicle this is the first and last place you will need to look. Outstanding people and clean, professional sales and work environment. the biggest plus is their Service department, it is the best Ford service department I have ever used. My first Ford was 1963 Ford F-100. So I have seen many service departments, this one is the top one.
