The best auto buying experience from my living room. I was shopping around for a Jeep Gladiator to get out of my leased 2024 Nissan Frontier I live in New Jersey, went to a bunch of dealerships in my area, I see David's commercials all the time and decided to find out if he was actually my dealer and just didn't know it. I started by texting my interest in the Gladiator they had on their lot. Quick response from Sam, we were trying to get to the numbers that would work for me, took about a few hours back and forth by text. Finally they came back with a number in my budget with taking my Frontier lease. Here's the best part, Joe R called me said we are getting paperwork finalized and that they would deliver the vehicle to my house and sign everything at my house. Eli in finance discussed the paperwork and agreed on everything. Mind you Im about 90 minutes away from them. Joe R salesman should up dressed nice, happy smile, we chatted a bit. Signed the paperwork, took the plates off Frontier and Drove off. Leaving me with a beautiful truck. David Dodge you were my dealer and I just found out that when I'm ready to buy another I'm coming to you, and I'm going to tell everyone I know that if they're looking for a Jeep Dodge whatever to come to you because the experience I had was amazing. This was my first car-buying experience in more than a decade and my salesman Rob Freeman and the entire Quigley team made the whole process simple and easy. I could not recommend them more. From their transparency and speed to Rob's friendliness and support, I highly recommend working with everyone here! We didn't waste time haggling or going back and forth on any unnecessary add-ons. Rob was clear about everything and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't need. It was the best car-buying experience I could've ever hoped for! Highly, highly recommend!

Lesson we learned the hard way frI'm GERRY-RAYMOND in Brookville Pa... Mid-January we purchased a new 2025 1500 Ram from Gerry-Raymond in Brookville PA. We had the truck for about a week, less than 250 miles and a fuel injector failed. Gerry-Raymond had the truck until mid February to replace the injector and spray a bed liner (paid for at time of purchase). The GM said "let us show you what kind of dealership we are". The truck was returned, we had the truck for about a week and the check engine light came on (a Saturday). Called GR GM, promised Monday pick up, called Tuesday to remind them to pick it up... They picked up the truck Tuesday, took a week to identify the problem (oil pump would not go to low pressure mode). Replacement part is obsolete in the Ram system. April 1st GR took back the loaner vehicle and the GM would not take our calls, threaten to come with State Police if we didn't give up the loaner. It's currently April 14, no loaner, no truck, no call, no repair.... We bought new to not have these problems... BUYER BEWARE, AVOID GERRY-RAYMOND IN BROOKVILLE PA, and Ram launches new platforms with obsolete parts... Truck is less than 500 mikes, RAM customer service will not do an exchange... After the sale they WILL forget who you are.... May 19, finally heard from the dealer, repairs just completed after 76 days, during the verbal exchange, John Whiley the GM, attacks the wife for the review they earned and then hung up on me.... Avoid this dealership at all costs...

Dealer sales price is not the real price of the cars they post that the price if you qualify for all the incentives. If it sales sales price that should be the price before and incentives because not everyone get those and to get them all would be extremely hard. Salesman I talked to was very rude when I bought this up and I don’t deal with dealerships like that the internet price should be a price that everyone would pay if they walked into the dealership to purchase new car.

I purchased a new Ram 2500 from Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram a few days ago and traded in a 2021 Ram 1500. While I was in with the finance manager the dealership took pictures of my trade without my knowledge. Yesterday morning I looked on their website to see if they had my trade on their website and found that it was, with unobstructed pictures of my license plates. I immediately reached out to the dealership and was informed that they would take them off but it could take up to 24-hours. Today is Saturday at 4:30pm and the dealership is now closed for the day. It has been 2 full days since I notified them and the pictures are still on their website. Since they are closed on Sunday’s it will be several more days before they come off. I point this out because this is irresponsible, unethical and a violation of my privacy. Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located at 2947 Rte 940, Mount Pocono, PA 18344, does not protect their customers privacy.

terrible customer service. BF service writer talked to me as though I was was to believe everything he said as gospel. front end alignment killed my steering tires in less than 2000 miles, claimed my tires were too aggressive. the tires they rotated had 9000 miles on them, wish I could post pictures, tech brings my truck around for me and steering wheel is at 10 and 4 o'clock, unacceptable. they send it to their other dealership to fix alignment, it was out 2.4 on one tire a and 1.6 on the other. now I'm out 700$ for 2 tires that I originally didn't need, they said they could get me tires that I had to pay for.. .xxxxxxxx! they screwed them up they should replace them..... I would never buy another vehicle from them. they don't have a diesel tech, I had to go to Shorkey in N Huntington for service...I'm done with these condescending service writers who pretend to know all...never again!

($2500) and for the second time in two years when i picked up my truck my registration and insurance were missing and i did not have a new inspection sticker even though i paid for it. Also. this time after a few weeks i opened the hood to my truck and the oil fill cap is missing. The people were extremely rude, and the service was horrible.

I bought a 2017 jeep wrangler less than two weeks ago with a 1000 mile warranty which is basic for a used car. Two days ago I noticed the jeep making odd noises and pulling to the side. When I looked at it the driver side front brakes were completely eaten away and the caliper was seized. When I contacted the dealership they told me they only cover the power train and will not fix the brake issue. I do not feel that a car I bought less then 2 weeks ago should have broken already and then the dealership not honor any kind of warranty. I will not buy another car from them again.

After my first purchase of a 2020 wrangler I bought “certified” and spent more time in the shop rather then the road, I couldn’t resist the sale I saw online! $63,000+ ram 3500 for $43,000! I called and verified this price was accurate because it seemed too good to be true! I was assured this price was correct! I drove over an hour away and was met with a low ball offer because my “jeep had clearly been off roaded and needed a ton of repairs” my Jeep had never seen anything other than pavement since I owned it! When asked what needed repaired the appraiser/ manager became suddenly lost for words. Needless to say I purchased a brand new pickup from a competitor dealer the next day.

You might want to think twice before dealing with Jim Shorkey North Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram . To sum up my story - I leased a 2025 Durango, everything was great, I love the vehicle, JJ (salesman) was awesome, could not have done a better job. "BUT" I realized that on the lease I purchased the ceramic coating and the scotch guard, neither were ever applied, I called and was told to bring it back down (45 minutes) and they will reapply it, but it was never originally applied (??) and the scotch guard was not even applied when I took it back. Then 5 days later, I received an email / call from finance that there was some kind of screw up with taxes (???) that we have to resign the paperwork, he emails it over and we resign everything - showing a 12,000 mile a year lease agreement. Everything done, right? NO, now, 1 week later - I just received ANOTHER email/call saying that the signatures didn't go through, we have to resign again. THIS WAS A COMPLETE LIE. The paperwork finance sent this time - he lowered the yearly mileage to 7,500. The manager says that the second set was made in error - how many errors are they going to make? What kind of scam is he/Jim Shorkey running here?? Originally, I gave them a 5-star review, but I couldn't find it, so I had to write this one. Very UNSATISFIED with my whole experience, except JJ, but I will be going on social media, facebook, twitter, etc. telling my story and letting everyone I know not to go to Jim Shorkey.
