Poor service at service dept - Jay
My wife and I took our Chevy Tahoe in for an inspection, new tires, new shock and new parking sensor. While the tires were being replaced they broke a pressure sensor. When we called and complained the service manager was very rude to my wife. The Shock and sensor we were told would be available in 2 to 3 days. After 4 days I called and was told by the manager that they were still on order. After 11 days my wife called and found out the parking sensor was in but the shock had not even been ordered yet.
This department seems to be run very loosely and unprofessionally.
They did give us a 10% discount on our bill because of the trouble which might excuse the tire and ordering issues, it certainly doesn't excuse the rudeness.
