David got to work on getting us this pickup. He even helped to detail the truck and get new brakes for it as he didn't want us to have any trouble with it down the road. My wife and I had a great experience at Klick Lewis. We were at a dealership the day before and were not acknowledged for at least 10 minutes and finally gave us one offer and we asked for more and they said we can't due business if you would like more, unbelievable answer. When we got to Klick Lewis the next day we walked straight to the trucks outside and before we got to the truck area Bryan Houser asked if he could help us. My wife and I knew right away we were at the right place. Every person on the sales team said hi to us and one was at the door on his way out and held the door for us and said hi as well. This sales team is being managed by Joe and I left him know how well we were treated and he is doing a great job. Bryan our salesman was so exceptionally helpful and had us drive multiple trucks and could explain every detail of the truck inside and out. He also went to bat for us and got us more on our trade that we couldn't resist. This was not our first vehicle from Klick Lewis and we definitely recommend this dealership to everyone we know. Steve in parts has always went to bat for me every time I ordered parts and did research on questions I had and always got back to me. The truck we bought has been nothing but a great experience and Bryan even picked up our truck where I work and had the accessories installed and filled the gas tank and brought it back to my work. That in itself was a great addition to everything they have done for us from the first step we placed on their lot. GREAT job to the whole team at Klick Lewis...! 7/1/2026 UPDATED REVIEW: I purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra from this place in August of 2025, in May of 2026 the engine went bad. The vehicle was out of the original warranty and I didn't feel the need to purchase an extended warranty for a 5 year old vehicle. Here is how Rick Weaver has treated me since the day I purchased the vehicle: 2 days after purchase I had dash lights for the EVAP system malfunctioning. I called my salesman Cory and he told me to bring it in for service dept to look at it. I made an appointment and they couldn't fix it that day and booked me a second appointment. The day of the 2nd appointment they had no courtesy vehicle after being promised I would have one. So I canceled the appointment and asked them to contact me when a vehicle was available. They never called me and never fixed the issue. Last winter the heat on the driver's side stopped working. In May 2026 as I was driving down the road, the engine shuttered and I had all kinds of dash lights above ABS system, etc. There was an immediate impact on the driveability and an immediate ticking sound in the valves. I stopped driving it and called Rick Weaver. I spoke with Chris Pfister, the sales manager, who offered no help in getting it fixed. He suggested that I come in and look at vehicles and that they might be able to take the truck back in trade. I took Monday off of work and looked at vehicles, they told me they needed to look at my truck and couldn't do it until Thursday. Come Friday I called Chris and he said they couldn't take the truck back in trade because it wouldn't make sense financially. He said he had a phone number his friend called and GM offered some financial assistance for the same issue. Chris never called me back to provide the number as he promised. I would avoid this dealership at all costs and GM products in general. GM is well aware of the defective lifter issues that break and then score the camshaft. The fix includes replacing all the valves, lifters, camshaft, timing chain and installing a AFM/DFM disabler to avoid the same issue in the future. All of the local garages are fixing these engines non-stop for $4,000 to $8,000 and it affects 10's of thousands of vehicles.

DO NOT BUY HERE. Sold a dangerous, fraudulent car that suffered a near-fatal failure. my mother bought a vehicle from this dealership two months ago. The staff explicitly admitted the car had pre-existing safety hazards—specifically the left inner/outer tie rods and failing brakes—and told her she had to pay extra money to fix them and inspection. They also completely hid a major prior crash, which I discovered because the aftermarket hood does not sit or latch safely.Despite regular maintenance (including checking and adding oil a week ago), the car suffered a catastrophic explosion while my mother was driving on I-80E right after the bridge right before the george n. craig travel plaza. The engine threw a rod, blew open the back of the motor, and completely SEVERED THE BRAKE LINES on the highway. She barely avoided a fatal crash at 74 years old no less and was left stranded at a highway rest stop with a destroyed engine and no brakes.When I reached out for help to safely retrieve her belongings and resolve this nightmare, the General Manager completely ignored my emergency messages and left us stranded.This dealership knowingly sells dangerous, un-inspected vehicles and hides prior accident histories and slips the fraudulent carfax out of the folder they give you so you cant prove it I am currently filing official auto fraud complaints with the State Attorney General and the DMV Licensing Division. Save your life and your money go ANYWHERE else. Help spread the word for everyones safety!
