I bought a 2021 GMC Sierra back in August 2024. Mike Rush was super helpful and professional. Early in January 2025 I called about a tire pressure issue. It turns out when the dealership rotated the tires, they didn’t reprogram the tire sensors to match. , as they did all the work from day 1 being a lease for 3 years. All the tires and indicators didn’t match up I called to talk to Mike but, he didn’t work there anymore so I talked to whoever answered the phone. That guy wouldn’t give me the time of day, I asked if he could just reprogram the tires since the problem originated there. He said I do t owe you anything! Wow, I guess once they sell you the truck you are dead to them. I went to a tire place and they did that for free. Such an easy fix to make a customer happy and they blew it. I will never buy from them again. I ended the call with if Mike Rush was there he would have helped me. They never even bothered looking up my name, sale, or truck history. I later looked on GMC rewards and saw I get a free tire rotation. He would have known that if he bothered to look. Again they lost a customer over something so easy to fix that was their mistake to begin with. If I knew where Mike worked at I would buy from them next.
