My girlfriend and I purchased a car two months ago from this business. We did a differed down payment to make a couple payments on it. Last night we received from a sheriff stating he has legal documents to take us to court with Thomas Auto Sales. We were panicked and immediately called Thomas Auto Sales and spoke with George Travis, a Finance Manager. He informed us that he could not access our file so we would have to wait until the next day. I spoke with him this morning, he states we never paid the last $160 of the down payment. I checked my bank statements and, admittedly, saw that the last $160 did not get paid. I asked about how they give customers notifications that their payment did not go through. He explained that they will call the customer, then send a letter, then if those did not work, file with the court. We only received one phone call from Thomas Auto Sales in the last two months. They left a voicemail and did not give a reason why. I called the salesman we worked with getting the car, Wilbert, and asked him what the phone call was about. He assured me he would find out and call me right back. That was two months ago. Never received a call back so my girlfriend and I figured we were fine. We have never received a letter from them as well. Fast forward to the call with George Travis and now we owe $271.90 with court filing fees. I was more than willing to pay the $160 on the spot and one of the filing fee's, so $200 for the inconvenience. George Travis told me he would see what he could do to reduce it down. He left me on hold for 5 mins, someone else picked up and transferred me back to him where he picked it up and realized he forgot about us, then explained he would only take off $16.90. This is outrageous. I understand it was my fault for the payment not going through the first time, but for us to receive no notification AT ALL, besides a sheriff calling us looking for us, is beyond shady and ridiculous. We will never do business with this company again. I urge everyone else who may want to deal with this company to consider this message. I could also go onto complain about the car we purchased, but we were in a hurry to get a halfway decent running vehicle and strapped for cash. So we got what we paid for. And then some.

Outstanding service from Mazen. We drove from Port Orchard, WA to Portland because the advertised vehicle appeared to be a good deal. There was a potential for light rain, so Mazen had the vehicle moved indoors for our viewing. We were able to spend as much time as we wanted looking over the vehicle with absolutely no pressure before taking it for a drive. The paperwork and transfer was quick and easy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Bought 2nd vehicle. 1st one I put new motor in. Day I bought 2nd did not make it home before engine light came on. I bet they reset light no concern for safety of buyer. Immediately report in the following morning car in shop I wanted my down given back or a reliable vehicle. It was denied for four weeks my 18 year old had to pay 400 on insurance on vehicle not in our possession to use. Chevrolet dealer needed to reprogram brain of car then the Sole Savers manager said he undo the deal three weeks later still waiting for that to take place. Called today no return call. I called for my attorney to look into this manner and made complaint to BBB.

I was so surprised by the amount of inventory that they had in stock. Some of the bigger corporate dealers don’t even have anything close to that. The prices are great and hard to beat. They do specialize in Reconstructed Auto cars but I didn’t even see where the damages were and they are upfront About it which is quite refreshing from a used auto dealer. I would recommend them.

I was in and out really fast and they didn’t play games most scummy dealers do these days, I love my new Tacoma everyone at this dealership has a chill vibe and makes you feel welcomed and at home. These guys are crooks. Do not do business with these guys under any circumstance. Brody, Brent and Dave were dishonest at every opportunity. I bought a car on a Saturday with 70,000 miles on it and brought it back on Monday with transmission problems. Their mechanic Byron took a ride with me, told me it was normal because it's a "double clutch". The transmission continued to slip until it stalled out on mcandrews on Thursday and completely stalled out on Friday on hwy 62 forcing me to have to pull off the road, beyond unsafe. I immediately took it to the mechanic who said I needed a new transmission. The owner, Brody called me and told me he would make it right. Mind you, by this time i had only driven the car about 100 miles. The car spent a week in my possession and another with the mechanics. I went back to trade it as Brody said he would. He proceeded to attempt to sell another piece of junk with a airbag light on a few thousand dollars above blue book and was now offering 2000 less than i paid the week before on trade in. He told me he had to pay his people and i got the use of the car. His sad sack routine of he isn't making any money off either deal was incredibly insulting. He already ripped me off and fully intended to screw me further. VERY DISHONEST CROOKS AND LIARS. DO NOT GO HERE, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

I put 1 star because they don't have a negative rating. My review is short. I am a recent widow. Saved every penny of $1700, which wasn't easy. Had a friend drive me 6 hours to this place to buy an older car I could afford. They assured me it was a good running car and would get me home and in fine condition. They lied. After I put headlights and all fluids in car it made it an hour. Dropped transmission and drained battery all at once and I was stranded on MAJOR interstate in a very dangerous situation at dark. I called them and they told me me I bought a $1700 car. Nothing they would do. Finally got to a hotel and it took my months check (fixed income) to get home. Sorry bunch and criminal place. They straight up lied to me and knew it when they did it. THIEVES!!!!!!!

The car was nice but Vic the dealer was a shyster. He has a photocopy of a 7 year old title that was signed by a seller but no buyer, and expected us to believe that he would mail the original to us and that's all we needed. He claimed the original was at the bank and couldn't be retrieved until the next day, even though we'd wait. Why he didn't have it on hand already I don't know, he'd known for several days that we were coming to look at the car. Also every time we asked him about the loan or lien that was reported on the car just the previous month, he told us that we shouldn't worry about it and that Carfax couldn't be trusted. All of this was said in a rude, loud, angry, argumentative voice after he interrupted us every time we tried to talk. I finally stood up and said 'we're out of here'. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to stay as far away from these crooks as possible.

Cliff sold us a truck back when they were open, thought it was all gravy and even purchased a warranty. Not even a month after driving off the lot, they shut down. We are now stuck with a truck that’s sitting in the driveway broken down even tho we paid 4 grand for a long term special warranty. Completely xxxxed us over. If anyone on here knows how we can contact anyone from there it would be much appreciated, our attorney would like to speak with the previous owner.

Yo le compré una carro a este concersionario el día 24 de junio del 2024 dando un pedosito inicial de 2000 dólares cuyo dinero di 1000 dólares ese mismo día y el resto des depositó tendría que darlo el día 5 de julio, en los papeles del carro yo firmé que me llevaba el carro tal y cómo lo vei es decir que estaba en perfecto estado en dicho documento no salía que el carro tuviera ningún problema mecánico ni técnico, días antes del próximo pago del depósito yo contacté al agente que me viendo el carro pidiéndole una extensión de la fecha de pago ya que se me habían presentados problemas económicos y fue aceptada, el día 8 de julio del 2024 el carro me empezó a presentar problemas con la batería lo llevo al concersionario y ellos con un mecánico alterno a su negocio me llevan y la factura fue de 550 dólares de ellos yo pagué la mitad y el concersionario pago la otra mitad, después de pasarse el carro una semana en dicho taller y yo sin poder trabajar ya que mi trabajo es de deliveries el día 15 de julio por fin recogí el carro. El día de hoy mi carro vuelve a presentar problemas y esta vez no es la batería es la transmisión y es lo que me pregunto falta tan solo 3 días para que se cumple el mes de yo aver tenido ese carro y ya a tenido tantos problemas, eso me da la ligera impresión que ese carro me lo vendieron así y ellos sabía todo esos problemas por eso es mi queja que me vendieron un carro que no sirve y que en menos de un mes se a roto ya dos veces me siento estafado y e perdido mucho dinero al tener el carro roto ya q ese es mi sustento de vida.
