I had a good experience here, primarily because of the salesperson, Derek Cunningham. He was very knowledgeable about the car and had a planned route for the test drive which highlighted different road surfaces, speeds, etc. He asked what was most important to me about the car before going on the test drive to ensure that he highlighted what I cared about. Most importantly, I felt like he cared about my experience and getting me the right car, as opposed to just making the sale. He didn't try to pressure me one way or another on the purchase or different options, but guided me through so that I got what I wanted and left feeling good.

Jessica and Miguel, and Angela in the service and parts department. As well as Art (location manager), Raymond (sales) and Collin (financing) went above and beyond for me and my family. They fixed a problem, that had nothing to do with them or their location. And that right there spoke volumes. They truly are an amazing group of humans. And I feel as if I owe them so much. They explained everything to me, as well as my brother. Told my options. Apologized for how another location had done me wrong and promised to help me. I mean calling/ texting/ emailing to check in. They were so kind, patient, understanding and kept their word. Dick Hannah on 122nd and burnside is where I will be telling everyone to go to. They all worked as a team, they were so genuine and sincere. I wasn't just another consumer. They treated me with such care. Each call I found myself crying after hanging up, because they all kept their word. They gave me hope and most importantly reassurance. I recently brought my 2021 Honda Ridgeline in for service for a recall on the tailgate wiring harness. My appointment was scheduled promptly and the required part was immediately available. When I brought my vehicle in for the work Christina was there to make sure things proceeded smoothly. A loaner was provided which allowed me to run errand during the service. The work was completed sooner than was anticipated which was an added bonus. When I returned I was informed that another recall had been discovered that involved the braking system. The service team completed that recall as well as the harness work during the same visit. The professionalism, expertise and efficiency shown by the team at Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda was exceptional and the courtesy and friendliness shown by Christina was exemplary.
