My RDX developed a rattle in the steering column that was annoying. They found the problem and had it fixed within a couple of hours. So happy to be rattle free. The service was top notch!!

I have had multiple dealings with Mike in the service department. He always welcomes me, now by name, is always very polite, upbeat, and friendly. Often I wait in the customer area when having an oil change, and he always gives me updates on the progress of the work. He also always offers a ride if I don't choose to wait for the service. He helped me sync my Bluetooth phone when I finally got one, and worked with me when it turned out that the car's Bluetooth wasn't working and the warranty had expired. The best part of the coming in for service is that everything is explained and questions answered thoroughly, and there is no pressure for extra work to be done. I don't feel like unnecessary work is recommended, so when some procedure or repair is suggested, I have time to discuss it with my husband rather than make a snap decision.
