Went to have a "Tune up" for my vehicle. Received a quote for the job based on how long it would take. Job hours set at FOUR and only took ONE. Tried to question this but RUDE OWNER interrupted conversation to say they charge by job as does rest of industry. Unfortunately I have extensive experience in dealing with "jobbers". And not all use this system. However, when I tried to question the job hours being incorrect, she interrupted me and repeated herself. To not even listen to a customer nor entertain the hours being incorrect really tells a tale. Charging a customer for a four hour job which took only one hour is dishonest at best. I have been a loyal customer for nearly ten years. I ALWAYS recommend Tower to other Ford owners. I will definitely not be going back nor will I recommend them to anyone again.
