This negative review goes out specifically to sales manager, Chuck Day. If I could give him 0 stars, I absolutely would. One of the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed.
I came in with a friend to inquire if they would be interested in purchasing my car. He then asked what price we were thinking of and as soon as we said a price based on other offers we had received from the other dealerships in town, Chuck immediately told us how ridiculous our price is and started getting very defensive while telling us about why he wouldn’t pay such a price. He then went on to compare my car to a base trim rental car and tried to justify the price this way. We attempted to calmly explain our justification of our asking price (private car, newer year, highest trim, low miles, no damages, one owner vehicle), but instead of listening, he became very agitated and raised his voice at us, not even letting us speak. He did this all while not even gathering a single piece of information on the vehicle other than its year and model, not even so much as the VIN to look up its value.
It is completely understandable to not agree on prices and turn us away, but there is absolutely no reason for someone, especially a manager, to be acting so aggressively and so unprofessionally towards customers.
