We were able to get a great deal without much back and forth. This was our first EV and I had so many questions and Chris just continued to answer them without making me feel dumb. Worst service department ever! My husband took part of the morning off of work yesterday to bring in our 2023 Silverado which we are constantly having issues with. The check engine light came on and the truck displayed a limited acceleration notice. They were supposed to call him back when it was diagnosed yesterday and no one ever did. My husband tried to call multiple times in the late afternoon but no one would answer or return his call. This morning, he stopped by the service center on his way to work to find that they have had not even touched his vehicle yet. So xxxxing rude! We are done with Capital Chevrolet

Recently, the engine went out on my 6 year old vehicle. From the time it arrived on their lot until it was returned to me - replaced, clean and ready for use, I was treated with kindness and respect. Through no fault of theirs, the repairs took 6 weeks from start to finish. Meanwhile, Omar, the service manager assigned to my case, kept me informed regularly regarding parts and services and saw to it that I had a loaner. I am so grateful for the way I was treated and the successful engine replacement, that they have made a customer for life. Thank you, Power Chev!!

Dishonest. Sent me home with a truck that the wheel bearing was bad. They supposedly do safety inspections, but they did not. A wheal bearing is easy to check and a huge safety issue. A female should never buy from there without a mechanic present to thoroughly check the vehicle. They knew the bearing was bad that’s why they pushed the warranty so much. More money.

Huge rave to Rick VerSteeg at Clint Newell Auto Group. He helped me through a spontaneous and impulsive car buying experience lol. So I went there with no intention of buying a new car, was going to look at a cute ford escape on the lot, only to find out it’s being worked on before being released to customers, so I said okay lemme take a look at the edge, I was intrigued. I was like, you know what Rick, you’ve done right by me and my family at a previous place of business, let’s sign… then I saw a Chevy as we’re going thru the paperwork, I was like, HOLD UP, what’s thaaaaat?! (Yes like a toddler). I saw it, I wanted it, I got it lol. Rick wasn’t a pressure salesmen and you’d experience at another competitor in town. He was patient, kind, careful, ensured I got what I wanted, made sure my budget was my budget, and most of all, he didn’t get salty or pushed back when I said “I’m just looking” which most salesmen would’ve backed off and said ADIOS. I come from a long history of sales and high pressure sales, this wasn’t a salesmen. He was a genuine guy trying to help me as if I was family. Huge kudos to Rick and Clint Newell. As I told you Rick, you have my families business for life. Thank you.

Took my 2020 Silverado to Gary Gruner to have a switch replaced and computer recalibrated after another dealership put oversized tires on the truck and failed to recalibrate the computer. The service manager, Tony Denny said the software that to be downloaded from GM to recalibrate the computer. After about 5 hours, Tony told me it might be awhile and gave me a loaner car and asked me to come back the next day. The download took 24 hours. Tony apologized for the delay and discounted the fee for the recalibration. The switch was replaced and I was on the road. This service is what I expected from a dealership and will continue to give them my business.
