We have purchased two Kia Sportages from Midtown Kia and have always been pleased with the experience. Melissa was great to work with and she was in top of the entire process. This is our third Sportage, this one being a much higher end Sportage. We think we will like the extra creature comforts.

I took my KIA to Bob Moore KIA on NW Expressway for an Air Bag Sensor diagnostic check for the exact cause of Air Bag Warning Light. Took a little while but the Service Center customer waiting area was by all means a 5 Star area. Service center has a Play Area with toys for children, a fully automatic Coffee / Cappuccino machine which is Free, Free Charging Station for just about every kind of phone and a very comfortable seating area with 1st class seating. I was initially told that the diagnostics Check might not be covered if warranty item was not the cause of air bag issue, Luckly it was the problem resulting in no cost to me. Service Center Technicians also repaired two Recall defective items. Our Service Consultant, Nathan Powers went out of his way to make sure Wife & I was continually kept up-to-date status of repairs and estimated completion. Overall, there is no other Automobile Dealer like Bob Moore, very courteous and not one Sales Rep tried to show or sell us a new car after informing them we were here for repairs not to buy anything. Bob Moore KIA is The Best, Period.

After a wreck our insurance company suggested Bill Knight collision repair as it was one of their "preferred" shops. Ignorantly, we followed the insurance carriers advice instead of doing research and selecting a shop on our own. The repairs were first promised to be complete within 10 days. It actually took 23 days, a lot of frustration, and serious bouts of high blood pressure, before we finally got our car back. During that time we were promised six different completion dates, followed by a multitude of excuses for the various delays. We had issues over the parts that were used, the promised "life time" warranty that actually does not exist, and an issue with painting. Our experience over this three week process is best described as a nightmare. The level of incompetence was simply staggering. Had it not been so frustrating, the multitude of delays would have been comical. It became my habit to wait by the phone, on the date(s) the car was supposed to be finished, to see what the next excuse would be for another delay. On the final day, after we were told the car was ready to be picked up, we traveled to the shop to find the replaced wheels on the car were not correct. The wheels on the driver side of the car were dramatically different than the wheels on the passenger side. Needless to say, my opinion about Bill Knight Collision could not be worse. We are a "Ford" family, but we will never step foot on Bill Knight's dealership again. Not to buy a vehicle and certainly not to have repairs made to any vehicle.

I, Rebecca Rhynes, bought a 2019 Kia Forte’ from Boomer Kia in January of 2020. It came with a three-year, 75,000 mile warranty that is extensive and covers both the transmission and the engine. In December of 2022, with less than 70,000 miles and close to two full months before my warranty was up, I took my Kia Forte’ in to Boomer Kia’s service department to find out why my RPM’s were racing up to 4,000 but it wouldn’t “catch” to actually make the car move. It also was running horribly. Once taking it to Boomer Kia’s service department, it took over two weeks to get a final answer as to what was wrong with my fairly new car. Lawson, the service manager, finally called me and said that my transmission had a fatal error and would be replaced completely under the warranty. He also stated my engine needed close to $4,000 worth of work but that they would not be covering this because they believed the problems were due to my lack of doing oil changes. I assured them my oil changes were done within the recommended timeframe, just not done by the dealership or any oil change companies that report to CarFax and that was what their decision was based upon. And that they saw “sludge” in the engine they believe could have caused the problem. After trying to come up with $3,550+ to fix the engine, finally I was able to request my Indian Tribe help me pay for it, and they did! Once it was fixed, three weeks later and $3,550+ paid, I was able to drive my car for approximately 30 days when my engine had a catastrophic failure….again! Basically a piston BROKE and their only recommendation is to replace the engine at $7,500! At this point, the engine failure cannot be blamed on supposed engine sludge, as they cleaned all of that out! But, of course, they still will not replace the engine that was always a bad engine and was never my fault, while it was still under warranty. They need to replace my engine as they did my transmission so I can have my car back! DON’T BUY A KIA!!!

Brought car in for hail damage repair in July. Still cannot get any answer when I can get my vehicle back. Going into 4 months now for $7,000 repair-something is seriously wrong with this horrible shop. This has created an untenable hardship on me to not have my vehicle for this long. May lose my job if I continue to miss work because of no vehicle. I will tell everyone I can about my unbelievable bad experience.

I purchased my Kia there and only have them service it. Service Manager, cashier and all that I see are very attentive and professional, but in a personable way. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are the BEST!!

Good looking vehicles, great service, good on gasoline, dealership is in a good area, plus safe and easy entrances/exits to/from Big Red Kia dealership. I have recommend neighbors and friend to Big Red Kia, Norman, Oklahoma several times.
