I first took my car ( which I bought there ) in for a replacement FORD logo, which was taken off by a car wash. Kaelyn was very helpful and got the part ordered. When they were done with the work, they pointed out that my rear wiper arm was cracked. I called back a little while later and ordered the part and, set a time to have it done. All went smoothly, and I was very happy with the whole process.

I don't have accounts at either one and don't want them, but I love Bob Ross Buick. I had both my cars in for service over the last two weeks and my experience was beyond expectations. I was treated poorly by the new sales department. I have been a loyal customer for thr past 9 years and my wife's family for the past 30 years. I placed an order for a new truck 6 weeks ago (for business) and had explained the urgency of this purchase to two of the three salesman I dealt with. Not one of the sales men communicated any updates the entire 6 weeks. When this dealership belonged to Axelrod, we were treated as if our hard earned money spent at this dealership mattered. Check engine light has come 3 separate times after 3 separate dealership visits, when I was told the issue was resolved and charged $550.00 for the parts and labor. I have no faith left in this dealership.
