Its wierd to pull in and just be sitting in a garage without anyone greeting you. Happened both times I was there. Staff was skeptical initially of my claims despite paperwork from a dealership. Once they inspected and agreed what the problem was, they were agreeable and on feiendlier. Time quoted to work on vehicle was longer than quoted. Staff was very friendly. Car is functioning appropriately since my visit. They unexpectedly washed ny car as well which was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you

I was treated poorly by the new sales department. I have been a loyal customer for thr past 9 years and my wife's family for the past 30 years. I placed an order for a new truck 6 weeks ago (for business) and had explained the urgency of this purchase to two of the three salesman I dealt with. Not one of the sales men communicated any updates the entire 6 weeks. When this dealership belonged to Axelrod, we were treated as if our hard earned money spent at this dealership mattered. Check engine light has come 3 separate times after 3 separate dealership visits, when I was told the issue was resolved and charged $550.00 for the parts and labor. I have no faith left in this dealership.
