My 2016 Ford F150 pickup truck developed oil leaks and I had to take it in for service last week. Phil Winkelmann was my service rep. Phil was very professional, pleasant and patient with me. He told me it would take 2 to 3 days to get it fixed. I was provided with Uber rides back and forth from the Service Department and my house. It did take 2 days to get it fixed. I am very satisfied with the repair.

Truly excellent mechanical work and customer service. Bottom line they got my car running again, and were honest and reasonably priced. This repair shop is a good combination of corporate (they have the software for larger repairs, and a driver to pick up customers), and local family courtesy.

The title of my review says everything about the service department at this Ford dealership. I admit I haven't been too happy about the sales department but the service department is SECOND TO NONE. I have been using this service department for approximately twenty years and I have never been disappointed. Every employee with whom I have interacted has been very courteous and respectful of me and my time. This last visit that occured in December of 2016 was no different with Mike contacting me every day letting me know the progress of the repairs. I had to have part of the power steering system replaced and it took a few days for the parts to arrive at the dealership and Mike called me each day to keep me updated. The shipping took place during the Christmas holidays and I can just imagine the number of parcels that were being delivered and I do not blame anyone for this delay. The car runs just fine again as that has always been the case after taking our vehicles to the Bob-Boyd Service Department the past twenty years. Do not hestitate to use this dealership for any of your vehicle needs.

I have an E450 motorhome and have had it in twice at this dealership First visit was to go over chassis and motor to check for any needed work and possible safety issues. I was very pleased with the service and the follow up on this service. The most recent visit was to have shock absorbers installed front and rear and a wheel alignment. Once again very pleased with the service and follow up. I would definitely recommend Coughlin. I would also like to give a thumbs up to Rob and Greg at the service desk, they are the best, professional and knowledgeable, which makes me feel comfortable doing business.

They always work with my drop off and pick up time schedule and their prices are really good on service. I was so overjoyed to meet Paul H when I arrived for my Service visit on Monday, 6/9/2025. I told him I felt like I was back in Melbourne FL @ Kelly Ford and that Fairway Ford is now picking up where I left off. As I enjoyed some popcorn and cookies in the waiting area, I looked outside and my truck was serviced quicker than I had expected. Beautiful! Great Service Dept. I felt warmness and kindness radiating from the entire staff. What joy! I died and went to Heaven. All kudos 👍

Although I appreciated the quality of service from the technicians at Interstate Ford, I found the wait for parts, answers, and Allstate Insurance approvals frustrating. I would have appreciated more proactive follow-up from the tech leads regarding Allstate. However, I am happy with the overall repair of my car and it is running smoothly. The only minor issue is that the seats no longer heat up as much as they did before. Hopefully, this issue can be fixed. But overall, I'm impressed with the team's work on my car.

I used their complimentary pickup and return for my oil change. Best thing since Wi-Fi!! On time, easy to schedule, great communication and price. Ashley and Zach went above and beyond beyond. The gas company unexpectedly showed up to repair a leak next door and needed more room to maneuver their equipment. I called to find out what time my car would be returned and Zach was in the area on another run and came back to move the Krieger auto for them! Wow!

This service experience for me marks my return to Liberty Ford Aurora (formerly Solon) for my vehicle needs including service and purchase. It feels good to be back. Danielle Hope, my service representative, patiently listened to my concerns about my 2018 Flex and fully addressed them including the water leak I was continuing to experience with my panoramic vista roof. I received a rental, the regular maintenance was timely performed (for which I paid), and my vista roof was repaired at no cost to me. (Note: This was the third time my Flex was in for leaks in my panoramic Vista roof, but the first time Liberty Ford would provide service for this issue. I leased this car from another dealer and the first leaks occurred when my vehicle had 635 miles on it and I had had it fir about three months. The second leak occurred July 2019 when my Flex had 11,950 miles on it. The third leak is this service visit. Given that this was a outstanding issue, it was recommended by the dealership where I originally leased this vehicle that I contact Ford directly. Ford Customer Relations worked directly with Liberty Ford Aurora in taking care of the water leak at no cost to me. ) It is great to know that Ford stands by its products, appreciates its longtime customers (we have been part of the Ford family for over 45 years), and that Liberty Ford Aurora once again took care of my service needs. Thank you Danielle for your the empathy, care, service, patience, and professional manner in which you took care of my Flex. It feels good to be back home!

i had my oil changed at the liberety ford quicklane, there were three service technicians working on my ford escape. they were very polite and knowledgeable. they gave me some helpful tips on how to work some of functions on my steering wheel. i was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes. i recommend their service dept. without reservation.
