They always work with my drop off and pick up time schedule and their prices are really good on service. This service experience for me marks my return to Liberty Ford Aurora (formerly Solon) for my vehicle needs including service and purchase. It feels good to be back. Danielle Hope, my service representative, patiently listened to my concerns about my 2018 Flex and fully addressed them including the water leak I was continuing to experience with my panoramic vista roof. I received a rental, the regular maintenance was timely performed (for which I paid), and my vista roof was repaired at no cost to me. (Note: This was the third time my Flex was in for leaks in my panoramic Vista roof, but the first time Liberty Ford would provide service for this issue. I leased this car from another dealer and the first leaks occurred when my vehicle had 635 miles on it and I had had it fir about three months. The second leak occurred July 2019 when my Flex had 11,950 miles on it. The third leak is this service visit. Given that this was a outstanding issue, it was recommended by the dealership where I originally leased this vehicle that I contact Ford directly. Ford Customer Relations worked directly with Liberty Ford Aurora in taking care of the water leak at no cost to me. ) It is great to know that Ford stands by its products, appreciates its longtime customers (we have been part of the Ford family for over 45 years), and that Liberty Ford Aurora once again took care of my service needs. Thank you Danielle for your the empathy, care, service, patience, and professional manner in which you took care of my Flex. It feels good to be back home!

i had my oil changed at the liberety ford quicklane, there were three service technicians working on my ford escape. they were very polite and knowledgeable. they gave me some helpful tips on how to work some of functions on my steering wheel. i was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes. i recommend their service dept. without reservation.

My car would not start on Monday February 17 and had a hard time using jumper cables due to battery location on my Escape. After multiple tries finally started. The battery was very low and I called the service department. Michelle immediately helped me and provided me an appointment for next morning. I drove my car directly to dealer while running. Renee Gerber was so helpful as I explained had 2 medical appointments next day. They replaced my battery and delivered my car back to me in record time! Thanks to the amazing service department. We just moved to the area and my husband had a recall on his truck. We called them and they got us in for the recall. When we got there to have the recall taken care of my husband asked if by chance they could just go ahead to do the oil change and tire rotation on it while we were there. They told us NO PROBLEM! They got the recall done, oil change done and tire rotation done and even washed the truck, all in about 45 minutes!!!! Super nice people and they definitely know how customer service is suppose to be!!! Thank you!!!

Ford Spitzer in Cuyahoga Falls is clean and the people are very welcoming! My service rep was Lindsey Valentine and she was amazing, she really knows her stuff! She fully explained what they were going to do, what items were coming up for service along with an estimate, plus we talked about tires. I had alot of questions and Lindsey answered them all! Supreme customer service! I used to go to 2 other Ford service dealers/Quick Lanes and found I needed to go somewhere else where they were not pushing unnecessary charges. I felt I was being taken advantage of because I am a female as I know nothing about servicing cars beyond the basics. I will definitely return to Spitzer! I recommend Spitzer and definitely see Lindsey in service! Thank you!!!
